Description
・金属摩耗を減少させること、その際に金属摩耗の減少は、これまでの金属による解決手段に比べて90%まで努力されるべきである;
・カッティングテンプレートの耐用年数を延長し、ひいてはコストを節約すること;
・アレルギーリスク並びに感染のリスクを減少させること
にあった。
二酸化ジルコニウム 2〜5体積% 1,000:1〜100:1
二酸化ジルコニウム >5〜15体積% 200:1〜40:1
二酸化ジルコニウム >15〜30体積% 100:1〜20:1
二酸化ジルコニウム >30〜40体積% 40:1〜20:1
の範囲内であるように調節することが有利であると判明している。
Al2O3 73.11質量%
ZrO2 23.57質量%
La2O3 2.48質量%
YCrO3 0.84質量%。
・カッティングテンプレートは、極度に少ない摩耗を有する。
・材料は、生体適合性である。
・本発明によるカッティングテンプレートにレーザーで書き込む場合に、これは目で極めて良く見え、かつ読み取ることができ、それゆえカッティングテンプレートを使用する際の誤った取り扱いを減少させることができる。
・カッティングテンプレートは、良好なトライボロジー特性を有する。
Claims (22)
- a)酸化アルミニウム/酸化クロム混晶から形成されるマトリックス材料 60〜98体積%、
b)前記マトリックス材料中へ挿入された二酸化ジルコニウム 2〜40体積%からなり、前記二酸化ジルコニウムが
c)安定化酸化物として、セリウム、プラセオジム及びテルビウムの1種又はそれ以上の酸化物10モル%超〜15モル%を、二酸化ジルコニウム及び安定化酸化物の混合物を基準として含有し、ここで
d)安定化酸化物の添加量が、二酸化ジルコニウムが主に正方晶変態で存在するように選択されており、かつ
e)安定化酸化物を含有する二酸化ジルコニウムと酸化クロムとのモル比が1,000:1〜20:1であり、
f)全ての成分の割合の合計が焼結成形体の100体積%になる、
カッティングテンプレート。 - a)酸化アルミニウムを基準として0.01〜2.32質量%の酸化クロム割合を有する酸化アルミニウム/酸化クロム混晶から形成されるマトリックス材料 少なくとも70体積%、
b)前記マトリックス材料中へ挿入された二酸化ジルコニウム 2〜30体積%からなり、前記二酸化ジルコニウムが
c)酸化イットリウム0.27〜2.85モル%を、二酸化ジルコニウム及び酸化イットリウムの混合物を基準として含有し、ここで酸化イットリウムの添加量が、二酸化ジルコニウムが主に正方晶変態で存在するように選択されており、かつ
d)安定化酸化物を含有する二酸化ジルコニウムと酸化クロムとのモル比が1,000:1〜20:1であり、かつ
e)全ての成分の割合の合計がカッティングテンプレートの100体積%になる、
カッティングテンプレート。 - 安定化酸化物を含有する二酸化ジルコニウムと酸化クロムとのモル比が370:1〜34:1である、請求項2記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- a1)マトリックス材料 60〜98体積%からなり、ここで前記マトリックス材料が
a2)酸化アルミニウム/酸化クロム混晶 67.1〜99.2体積%まで
a3)一般式SrAl12-xCrxO19、La0.9Al11.76-xCrxO19、Me1Al11-xCrxO17、Me2Al12-xCrxO19、Me2'Al12-xCrxO19及び/又はMe3Al11-xCrxO18の1種による少なくとも1種の混晶から選択されている別の混晶 0.8〜32.9体積%までを含有し、ここでMe1はアルカリ金属を表し、Me2はアルカリ土類金属を表し、Me2'はカドミウム、鉛又は水銀を表し、かつMe3は希土類金属を表し、かつxは0.0007〜0.045の値に相当し、かつ
b)前記マトリックス材料が、マトリックス材料中へ挿入された正方晶安定化二酸化ジルコニウム2〜40体積%を含有し、かつ
c)前記成分の割合の合計が、カッティングテンプレートの100体積%になる、
カッティングテンプレート。 - 酸化ジルコニウムのための安定化剤として、セリウム、プラセオジム及びテルビウムの1種又はそれ以上の酸化物2〜15モル%及び/又は酸化イットリウム0.2〜3.5モル%が、二酸化ジルコニウム及び安定化酸化物の混合物を基準として使用され、ここで安定化酸化物の添加量が、二酸化ジルコニウムが主に正方晶変態で存在し、かつ立方晶変態の割合が、二酸化ジルコニウムを基準として0〜5体積%であるように選択されている、請求項4記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 安定化酸化物を含有する二酸化ジルコニウムと酸化クロムとのモル比が1,000:1〜20:1である、請求項4又は5記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 二酸化ジルコニウムが、2μmを超えない粒度を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- マトリックス材料が、マトリックス材料を基準として、さらになお2〜25体積%の元素の周期表(PSE)の第4及び第5副族の金属の1種又はそれ以上の炭化物、窒化物及び炭窒化物を含有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- a)酸化アルミニウム/酸化クロム混晶から形成されるマトリックス材料 60〜85体積%並びにマトリックス材料を基準として、元素の周期表(PSE)の1種又はそれ以上の第4及び第5副族の金属の炭化物、窒化物及び炭窒化物 2〜25体積%、
b)マトリックス材料中へ挿入された二酸化ジルコニウム 15体積%超〜40体積%からなり、前記二酸化ジルコニウムが
c)安定化酸化物として、セリウム、プラセオジム及びテルビウムの1種又はそれ以上の酸化物10モル%超〜15モル%及び/又は酸化イットリウム0.2〜3.5モル%を、二酸化ジルコニウム及び安定化酸化物の混合物を基準として含有し、ここで
d)安定化酸化物の添加量が、二酸化ジルコニウムが主に正方晶変態で存在するように選択されており、かつ
e)安定化酸化物を含有する二酸化ジルコニウムと酸化クロムとのモル比が100:1〜20:1であり、
f)全ての成分の割合の合計が焼結成形体の100体積%になり、
g)二酸化ジルコニウムが、2μmを超えない粒度を有する、
カッティングテンプレート。 - 安定化酸化物を含有する二酸化ジルコニウム対酸化クロムのモル比が、
二酸化ジルコニウム 2〜5体積% 1,000:1〜100:1
二酸化ジルコニウム 5超〜15体積% 200:1〜40:1
二酸化ジルコニウム 15超〜30体積% 100:1〜20:1
二酸化ジルコニウム 30超〜40体積% 40:1〜20:1
の範囲内である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。 - 二酸化ジルコニウム30体積%以下が含まれている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 少なくとも95体積%の二酸化ジルコニウムが正方晶変態を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 全部で0〜5体積%の二酸化ジルコニウムが立方晶変態及び/又は単斜晶変態で存在する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 酸化アルミニウム/酸化クロム混晶の平均粒度が0.6〜1.5μmである、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 二酸化ジルコニウムの粒度が0.2〜1.5μmである、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 焼結成形体を基準として不可避不純物0.5体積%以下が含まれている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- ビッカースによる硬さ[Hv0.5]が1,800より大きい、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレートの製造方法であって、
酸化アルミニウム、二酸化ジルコニウム、酸化クロム、正方晶酸化ジルコニウムを安定化させる酸化物と、酸化ストロンチウム、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、CdO、PbO、HgO、希土類酸化物及び/又はLa2O3から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化物とを含有する混合物を粉砕し、粉砕した混合物に一時結合剤を添加し、この混合物を噴霧乾燥し、この混合物から生素地をプレスし、かつこれを標準条件下で焼結することを特徴とする、
請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレートの製造方法。 - 生素地を90〜95%の密度に常圧で予備焼結し、引き続きホットアイソスタチックの後緻密化にかける、請求項18記載の方法。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレートの製造方法であって、
酸化アルミニウム、酸化クロム、正方晶酸化ジルコニウム、任意に安定化酸化物と、酸化ストロンチウム、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、CdO、PbO、HgO、希土類酸化物及び/又はLa2O3から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化物とを含有する混合物を、50体積%よりも多い固体含量を有する水性懸濁液中で4〜4.5のpH値を維持しながら粉砕し、引き続き尿素及びウレアーゼと混合し、型へ流し込み、引き続き凝結後に型から取り出し、かつ焼結もしくは予備焼結し、かつホットアイソスタチック後緻密化することを特徴とする、
請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレートの製造方法。 - 医療技術において使用するための、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
- 人工膝関節置換術の際に使用するための、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載のカッティングテンプレート。
