Claims (14)
- 焼戻しマルテンサイト構造を有する束ねたブラシ線であって、前記ブラシ線が前記ブラシ線のすぐ上にポリマーコーティングを有し、前記ポリマーコーティングの厚さが20μm未満である、ブラシ線。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングの厚さが15μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングの厚さが2μm〜4μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ポリマーが共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記共重合体が、ポリエチレンおよび/またはポリアクリレートをベースとするものを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ブラシ線の炭素含有量が、0.30重量%〜1.00重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ブラシ線が丸鋼線であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記丸鋼線の直径が0.15mm〜20mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ブラシ線が、異形鋼線であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ブラシ線が、平鋼線であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ブラシ線が、鋼ブレードであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のブラシ線。
- 前記ブラシ線が、該ポリマーコーティングの上部にワックスでさらにコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のブラシ線。
- コーティングされたブラシ線を製造する方法であって、前記方法が、
(a)ブラシ線をオーステナイト化する工程と、
(b)前記ブラシ線を急速冷却して、マルテンサイト構造を得る工程と、
(c)前記ブラシ線を300℃〜450℃の範囲の温度で焼き戻す工程と、
(d)前記ブラシ線を、ポリマーを含む浴に浸漬して、20μmよりも薄いポリマーコーティングを前記ブラシ線に施す工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記ブラシ線が、前記(c)工程の後に150℃〜200℃の範囲の温度に冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
