Description
Claims (15)
- マルテンサイト、焼戻しマルテンサイト、ベイナイトまたはソルバイト構造を有する細長い鋼製エレメントであって、前記鋼製エレメントが前記細長い鋼製エレメントのすぐ上にポリマーコーティングを有し、前記ポリマーコーティングの厚さが20μm未満である、細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記細長い鋼製エレメントが、焼戻しマルテンサイト構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングの厚さが15μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記ポリマーコーティングの厚さが2μm〜4μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記ポリマーが共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記共重合体が、ポリエチレンおよび/またはポリアクリレートをベースとするものを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記細長い鋼製エレメントの炭素含有量が、0.30重量%〜1.00重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記細長い鋼製エレメントが丸鋼線であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記丸鋼線の直径が0.15mm〜20mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記細長い鋼製エレメントが、異形鋼線であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記細長い鋼製エレメントが、平鋼線であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記細長い鋼製エレメントが、鋼ブレードであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- 前記細長い鋼製エレメントが、該ポリマーコーティングの上部にワックスでさらにコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の細長い鋼製エレメント。
- コーティングされた細長い鋼製エレメントを製造する方法であって、前記方法が、
(a)細長い鋼製エレメントをオーステナイト化する工程と、
(b)前記細長い鋼製エレメントを急速冷却して、マルテンサイト、ベイナイトまたはソルバイト構造を得る工程と、
(c)前記細長い鋼製エレメントを、ポリマーを含む浴に浸漬して、20μmよりも薄いポリマーコーティングを前記細長い鋼製エレメントに施す工程と
を含む、方法。 - 前記細長い鋼製エレメントが、前記(b)工程の後に300℃〜450℃の範囲の温度でさらに焼き戻されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
