Description
裸線 :通常の乾式連伸機で通常の加工度で冷間加工して得られる強度を示している。
塗装後:上記裸線に塗装を施し、150〜180℃で塗装膜の焼付処理を行って被覆線とした後、破断荷重を測定し、この破断荷重と被覆前の線径とを用いて算出した計算値を示している。
塗装後に焼付処理して得られた被覆線を2.5cm間隔でカットして5個のサンプルを作製し、各サンプルの端面を横断面観察ができるように研磨して、電子顕微鏡で周方向の4箇所(90°間隔)の塗装膜厚を測定した。そして、全サンプルの塗装膜厚測定データの平均値を平均膜厚とした。
上記(2)の5個のサンプルのうち、4箇所の塗装膜厚のレンジ(最大値−最小値)が最も大きいサンプルのR値を測定し、下記のように評価した。
○:R値が15μm以下である。
△:R値が15〜30μmの範囲である。
×:R値が30μm超である。
JIS Z 2371の塩水噴霧試験方法に基づき、暴露時間を120時間、480時間、1000時間の3段階として、下記内容で評価した。
◎:全長にわたり、全表面で発錆が認められない。
○:全長にわたり、局所的に発錆が認められ、全表面積に占める発錆部の表面積の割合が10%未満である。
△:全長にわたり、局所的に発錆が認められ、全表面積に占める発錆部の表面積の割合が10%以上、30%未満である。
×:全長にわたり、局所的に発錆が認められ、全表面積に占める発錆部の表面積の割合が30%以上である。
1条件につき20本の鋼線の突合せ溶接を周囲温度30℃の環境下で行い、1週間放置後、溶接部に曲げ負荷をかけて折れなかったものの本数によって下記のように評価した。
◎:全て折れない。
○:折れなかったものが18本以上ある。
×:折れなかったものが18本未満である。
1条件につき20本の環状コアに側線ワイヤを巻き付け、側線ワイヤの配列の状態を目視で判定して、配列の乱れのないものの本数によって下記のように評価した。
◎:20本とも配列の乱れがない。
○:配列乱れのないものが18本以上ある。
△:配列乱れのないものが10本以上、18本未満である。
×:配列乱れのないものが10本未満である。

Claims (7)
- 鋼線の両端を接続して形成した環状コアの周りに、側線ワイヤを1層または複数層螺旋状に巻き付けた環状同芯撚りビードコードにおいて、環状コアの鋼線の材質を溶接性に優れた合金鋼または中炭素鋼とし、かつ側線ワイヤの直径が環状コアの直径よりも細い撚り構造とし、前記環状コアの鋼線表面に耐食性を備えた塗装膜を有し、この塗装膜の厚さが20〜120μmで塗装膜の任意の4箇所の位置で測定した膜厚の最大値と最小値の差が15μm以下であることを特徴とする環状同芯撚りビードコード。
- 前記塗装膜が前記環状コアの鋼線表面の全周長にわたって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環状同芯撚りビードコード。
- 前記塗装膜が金属とゴムの少なくとも一方との接着性を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の環状同芯撚りビードコード。
- 前記環状コアの鋼線の材質が、C:0.08〜0.27wt%、Si:0.50〜2.00wt%、Mn:0.50〜2.00wt%、Cr:0.20〜2.00wt%を含み、さらに、Al、Nb、TiおよびVをそれぞれ0.001〜0.10wt%の範囲で少なくとも1種含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的に混入してくる不純物からなる合金鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の環状同芯撚りビードコード。
- 前記環状コアの鋼線の材質が、Cを0.28〜0.56wt%含む炭素鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の環状同芯撚りビードコード。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の環状同芯撚りビードコードの製造方法において、前記環状コアの鋼線表面の塗装膜を静電粉体塗装により形成することを特徴とする環状同芯撚りビードコードの製造方法。
- 前記静電粉体塗装に使用する塗料として、電気抵抗値が1010〜1016Ωcmのものを採用したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の環状同芯撚りビードコードの製造方法。
