Description
1.04≦dC/dS≦1.30
の式を満足するようにし、かつ、環状コアの周りに螺旋状に巻き付ける側線ワイヤとして、コイル径が環状コアのコイル径の0.5〜1.3倍のものを使用した。
軟鋼線で形成した直径2.2mmの環状コアに直径1.4mmの側線ワイヤを8周巻き付けた従来コードの断面積をベースとして、各コードの断面積減少率で評価した。
軽量化率(%)=(1−各コード断面積/従来コード断面積)×100
1条件につき20本の鋼線の突合せ溶接を周囲温度30℃の環境下で行い、1週間放置後、溶接部に曲げ負荷をかけて折れなかったものの本数によって下記のように評価した。
○:折れなかったものが18本以上ある。
×:折れなかったものが18本未満である。
下記の方法でコード形状および側線ワイヤの巻き付け性を評価し、両者の評価結果でランクを異にする場合は、評価の低い方を表示した。
1.コード形状
1条件につき20本のコードを定盤上に置き、コードが定盤から浮いている箇所の最大隙間をスケールで測定して、下記のように評価した。
○:隙間0.5mm以下が11本以上であり、かつ隙間0.5mm超のものの全て が隙間1.0mm以下である。
△:隙間0.5mm以下が11本未満であり、かつ隙間0.5mm超のものの全て が隙間1.5mm以下である。
×:隙間1.5mm以下が11本未満である。
2.側線ワイヤの巻き付け性
1条件につき20本のコードの側線ワイヤの配列状態を目視で判定して、配列の乱れのないものの本数によって下記のように評価した。
○:配列乱れのないものが18本以上ある。
△:配列乱れのないものが10本以上、18本未満である。
×:配列乱れのないものが10本未満である。

Claims (2)
- 環状コアの周りに側線ワイヤを1層又は複数層螺旋状に巻き付けた環状同芯撚りビードコードにおいて、環状コアの材質がC:0.08〜0.27wt%、Si:0.30〜2.00wt%、Mn:0.50〜2.00wt%、Cr:0.20〜2.00wt%を含み、残部がFeおよび不可避的に混入してくる不純物からなる合金鋼であって、環状コアの直径dcが側線ワイヤの直径dsに対して、
1.04≦dc/ds≦1.30
の式を満足し、
且つ、環状コアの周りに螺旋状に巻き付ける側線ワイヤとして、コイル径Dsが、環状コアのコイル径Dcの0.5〜1.3倍のものを使用したことを特徴とする環状同芯撚りビードコード。 - 環状コアの周りに側線ワイヤを1層又は複数層螺旋状に巻き付けた環状同芯撚りビードコードにおいて、環状コアの材質がC:0.08〜0.27wt%、Si:0.30〜2.00wt%、Mn:0.50〜2.00wt%、Cr:0.20〜2.00wt%を含み、他に、Al:0.001〜0.10wt%、Ti:0.001〜0.10wt%、Nb:0.001〜0.10wt%、V:0.001〜0.10wt%、B:0.0003〜0.10wt%およびMg:0.001〜0.10wt%の少なくとも1種を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的に混入してくる不純物からなる合金鋼であって、環状コアの直径dcが側線ワイヤの直径dsに対して、
1.04≦dc/ds≦1.30
の式を満足し、
且つ、環状コアの周りに螺旋状に巻き付ける側線ワイヤとして、コイル径Dsが、環状コアのコイル径Dcの0.5〜1.3倍のものを使用したことを特徴とする環状同芯撚りビードコード。
