Description
スタビライザーバー(4)が中空の管材として形成される車両用スタビライザー(5)を製造するための方法において、
以下の方法ステップ:
・双晶誘起塑性特性及び/又は変態誘起塑性特性を呈する、10〜35重量%のマンガンを含む高マンガン鋼から、鋼帯(1)を提供し、
・前記鋼帯(1)から管材(2)を形成し、この管材(2)を長手方向に溶接し、
・当該製造された管(9)が、当該長手方向の溶接後にマンドレルを通して冷間圧延法で圧延され、
・当該スタビライザーバー(4)を曲げることによって解決される。
本発明の方法の好適な実施の形態は、従属請求項に記載されている。
・双晶誘起塑性特性及び/又は変態誘起塑性特性を呈する、高マンガン鋼から、鋼帯を提供し、
・前記鋼帯から管材を形成し、この管材を長手方向に溶接し、
・当該スタビライザーバーを曲げる。
炭素(C): 最大 2%
マンガン(Mn): 10−30%
珪素(Si): 最大 6%
アルミニウム(Al): 最大 8%
ニオブ(Nb): 最大 1%
バナジウム(V): 最大 1%
チタン(Ti): 最大 1%

Claims (9)
- スタビライザーバー(4)が中空の管材として形成される車両用スタビライザー(5)を製造するための方法において、
以下の方法ステップ:
・双晶誘起塑性特性及び/又は変態誘起塑性特性を呈する、10〜35重量%のマンガンを含む高マンガン鋼から、鋼帯(1)を提供し、
・前記鋼帯(1)から管材(2)を形成し、この管材(2)を長手方向に溶接し、
・当該製造された管(9)が、当該長手方向の溶接後にマンドレルを通して冷間圧延法で圧延され、
・当該スタビライザーバー(4)を曲げることを特徴とする方法。 - 当該長手方向の溶接は、高周波溶接又はレーザー溶接として実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼帯(1)は、管材(2)に成形される前に冷間圧延されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記スタビライザーバー(4)が、その曲げ領域(6)内で曲げられるときに、その曲げ領域(6)の材料が、強化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 焼き鈍し工程が、前記冷間圧延法の前又は後に実施されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記管材(2)は、熱成形されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱成形のための金型の少なくとも一部が、前記管材(2)の前記熱成形時に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 受動的な車両用スタビライザー(5)が製造され、この車両用スタビライザー(5)のそれぞれの端部(7)が、外部の部品に連結するための収容部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記端部(7)は板状にされ、別の部品に連結するための打ち抜き部(8)が、この端部(7)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項8いずれか1項に記載の方法。
