Description
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのノズル(2)を有するノズル装置と、
上記少なくとも1つのノズル(2)に対向して配置され、ガスの流れを規制し得る分離材料(4)によって覆われる衝突壁(3)とを備え、インパクターとして設計され、上記少なくとも1つのノズルの領域において、上記ノズルと上記分離材料(4)との間の距離(d)が、上記衝突壁(3)および分離材料(4)に衝突して流れる方向が変えられた直後のガスが流れる領域である、上記ノズルの周囲の領域(5)よりも短くされたクランクケース換気システム用のオイルミストセパレータ(1)を有する内燃機関であって、
上記分離材料(4)は、上記ノズル(2)と対向する領域において、該ノズルへ向かって突出し、これにより、該領域の方が上記周囲の領域(5)と比べてノズルの吐出口と分離材料(4)との間の距離が短くされることにより、上記分離材料(4)が上記ノズル(2)と対向する領域の方が上記周囲の領域(5)と比べてガスの流速が速くなるように構成されていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関において、
上記分離材料(4)は、フリース、編み込まれた材料、布、又はメッシュ状の材料として設計されていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関において、
上記少なくとも1つのノズル(2)は、上記ノズル装置から上記衝突壁(3)へ向かって突出していることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関において、
上記衝突壁(3)は、バイパスバルブの弁部材によって形成されていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項4に記載の内燃機関において、
上記バイパスバルブは、ポペット弁として設計されていることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関において、
上記ノズル装置は、上記衝突壁(3)と相互作用することにより流れの障壁として機能する複数のノズル(2)を備えていることを特徴とする内燃機関。
