Description
(1)100ml当たり200mg以上のリンゴ酸と、L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分と、水とを含むことを特徴とする、飲料組成物。
(2)水と混合することにより(1)記載の飲料組成物を調製するための固体飲料組成物。
(3)リンゴ酸と水とを含有する飲料組成物において、L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を更に配合することにより、前記飲料組成物の後味の収斂味を抑制する方法。
(4)L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を有効成分として含有する、リンゴ酸と水とを含有する飲料組成物の後味の収斂味の抑制剤。
本発明に用いられる主な成分について説明する。
リンゴ酸は、好ましくは、食品の製造のための酸味料として使用することが可能なDL−リンゴ酸である。
本発明の発明の第一の実施形態は、100ml当たり200mg以上のリンゴ酸と、L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分と、水とを含むことを特徴とする、飲料組成物に関する。
本発明の第二の実施形態は、水と混合することにより飲料組成物を調製するための固体飲料組成物に関する。当該固体飲料組成物は、リンゴ酸と、L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分とを含み、前記リンゴ酸の含有量が、前記固体飲料組成物と水とを混合して調製される飲料組成物100ml当たり200mg以上となる量であることを特徴とする。
本発明の固体飲料組成物は、本発明の第一の実施形態に係る飲料組成物の水以外の成分を含むものであることが好ましく、更に、粉末、顆粒、錠剤等の形態に製剤化するための、賦形剤等の適切な製剤化用成分を含んでいてもよい。本発明の固体飲料組成物中の各成分は、所定量の水と混合したときに、上述の本発明の第一の実施形態に係る飲料組成物、又は、各好適態様の飲料組成物を調製することが可能な量及び配合割合で含まれることが好ましい。
本発明の第三の実施形態は、リンゴ酸と水とを含有する飲料組成物において、L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を更に配合することにより、前記飲料組成物の後味の収斂味を抑制する方法に関する。
本発明の第四の実施形態は、L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を有効成分として含有する、リンゴ酸と水とを含有する飲料組成物の後味の収斂味の抑制剤に関する。
pH値は20℃において測定した。
Claims (5)
- 100ml当たり200mg以上のリンゴ酸と水とを含有する飲料組成物において、前記リンゴ酸100重量部当たり25重量部以上200重量部以下の、L−カルニチン、L−カルニチンの塩及びL−シトルリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を更に配合することにより、前記飲料組成物の後味の収斂味を抑制する方法。
- 前記飲料組成物での前記リンゴ酸の含有量が100ml当たり300mg以上600mg以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リンゴ酸100重量部当たり1.25重量部以上のpH緩衝剤、及び
前記リンゴ酸100重量部当たり1.25重量部以上の乳酸カルシウム
を更に配合する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記リンゴ酸100重量部当たり2.5重量部以上25重量部以下の前記pH緩衝剤、及び
前記リンゴ酸100重量部当たり2.5重量部以上25重量部以下の前記乳酸カルシウム
を更に配合する、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記リンゴ酸が、酸味料として使用するDL−リンゴ酸である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
