Description
特許文献2は、リモコンケースのためのロック解除工具を用いて、コネクタの雄型と雌型部分間のスナップフィット接続をロック解除するための解決方法を示す。リモコンケースは、フックを備える上方ケースと、かみ合い部分を備える下方ケースとを有する。下方ケースは、内側に突出し、開放棒が挿入される穴を有する突起を含む。開放棒が穴を通って押し込まれたとき、開放棒の先端がフックの溝にはまるように、傾斜した底面を有する溝が各フックの先端に設けられる。開放棒の先端は、開放棒がフックに押しつけられる限りフックの溝内に留まる。フックの先端がさらにフックに押し付けられると、開放棒はフックとかみ合い部分との間のかみ合いを開放する。
Claims (6)
- ロック構造を有するハウジングであって、
前記ハウジングは、少なくとも第1ハウジング部分および隣接する第2ハウジング部分を有し、
前記ロック構造は、前記第1ハウジング部分から前記第2ハウジング部分の内壁部分の上に延びるとともに第1かみ合い部分を備える可撓性のスナップ部材を有し、
前記第2ハウジング部分の前記内壁部分は第2かみ合い部分を備え、
前記第1かみ合い部分および前記第2かみ合い部分は、前記スナップ部材を前記内壁部分から持ち上げることにより開放されるスナップフィット接続を形成し、
開放工具が前記第2ハウジング部分の底部にまたはその上に前記スナップ部材に向かってスライド可能になるように設けられ、
前記スナップ部材はさらに受入部分を備え、前記受入部分は、前記開放工具が前記受入部分内に押し込まれたときに、前記開放工具の先端および前記スナップ部材が互いに連結されるように、前記開放工具の先端を捕らえるように形成され、前記受入部分は、前記スナップ部材の横方向に離間された前記スナップ部材の自由端部において、雄型挿入部分としての前記開放工具の前記先端を受入れるための雌型受入部分として形成される2つの可撓性の枝部を有する、
ハウジング。 - 前記枝部は、互いに向き合うとともに前記内壁面に向かって前記枝部の間の間隔が狭くなる斜面を持つ凹みを持つ断面を有する、
請求項1に記載のハウジング。 - 前記スナップ部材は文字Hの形に形成される、
請求項1または2に記載のハウジング。 - 前記第1かみ合い部分は歯牙状の構造またはフックを有する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のハウジング。 - 前記第2かみ合い部分は前記内壁部分にアンダーカットを有する、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のハウジング。 - 前記開放工具の前記先端は、前記第1ハウジング部分に向かう方向に曲がっているフックの形を有する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のハウジング。
