Abstract

一种扣锁结构,包括上配合体和下配合体,在上配合体上设有与所述配合体垂直的方形插件,在所述插件下部外侧面上设有2个卡勾,在所述卡勾上方设有凸台,所述凸台上方为斜面;在所述上配合体上,所述插件的两侧各设有一个凸耳;在所述下配合体外侧设有盒腔,在所述盒腔内壁上设有卡位,当所述插件插入盒腔后,所述卡勾与所述卡位互锁。同时公开了一种专用钥匙,当所述钥匙插入到下配合体的盒腔后,其下侧面正好抵压在所述插件上的凸台上,迫使所述卡勾脱离卡位,并且所述钥匙勾正好勾住插件两侧的凸耳。当用力将钥匙向上拉,钥匙上的钥匙勾会挂住凸身,并将插件拉出,这样配合体就被打开了。

一种扣锁结构及其开锁钥匙
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于诸如太阳能接线盒上的扣锁结构,以及专用于此种扣锁结构开启的开锁钥匙。
背景技术
目前两个配合物体的扣合,如现有主要包括上盖与下盒的太阳能接线盒的其扣合方式,一般是在上盖上有四个卡勾,四个卡勾会同时卡进下盒的四个相应的卡位中,开启上盖时,要用工具分别打开四个卡勾,才能取出上盖,这种方式很麻烦,过程复杂。另外一种锁住盒体的方式,是在上盖和下盒相对应位各设一个带孔的凸耳,用一般挂锁将两者锁住;打开时要用钥匙将锁打开,取下挂锁,开启上盖,很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是:向社会提供一种卡合式的扣锁结构,其开锁方式非常便捷的扣锁结构及其开锁钥匙。
本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种扣锁结构,包括上配合体和下配合体,在上配合体上设有与所述配合体垂直的插件,在所述插件下部外侧面上设有卡勾,在所述卡勾上方设有凸台,所述凸台上方为斜面;在所述上配合体上,所述插件的两侧各设有一个凸耳;在所述下配合体外侧设有盒腔,在所述盒腔内壁上设有卡位,当所述插件插入盒腔后,所述卡勾与所述卡位互锁。
所述卡勾为2个,分设在所述插件外侧面的下部。
所述插件为一方形板。
一种用于开启上述扣锁结构的开锁钥匙,所述开锁钥匙为板状,所述钥匙的下侧面为斜面,在所述钥匙的两侧对称布有钥匙勾,当所述钥匙插入到下配合体的盒腔后,其下侧面正好抵压在所述插件上的凸台上,由于压力迫使所述卡勾脱离卡位,并且所述钥匙勾正好勾住插件两侧的凸耳,往上拉动钥匙,就可轻松打开上配合体。
本实用新型由于采用了在上配合体上设有与所述配合体垂直的插件,在所述插件下部外侧面上设有卡勾,在所述卡勾上方设有凸台,所述凸台上方为斜面;在所述上配合体上,所述插件的两侧各设有一个凸耳;在所述下配合体外侧设有盒腔,在所述盒腔内壁上设有卡位,当所述插件插入盒腔后,所述卡勾与所述卡位互锁的结构,这样,可以使用上配合体和下配合体互锁,在一般情况下,两者互锁;同时,采用了专用钥匙,所述钥匙的下侧面为斜面,在所述钥匙的两侧面上对称布有钥匙勾,当所述钥匙插入到下配合体的盒腔后,其下侧面正好抵压在所述插件上的凸台上,迫使所述卡勾脱离卡位,并且所述钥匙勾正好勾住插件两侧的凸耳,往上拉动钥匙,就可以轻松打开上配合体,非常方便。

具体实施方式
请参见图1、图2、图4至图6,图1为本实用新型在盒体上使用时的局部结构示意图。图2为图1合拢后的结构示意图。图4是本实用新型用在盒体的平面结构示意图。图5是图4的E-E剖视结构示意图(未合拢)。图6是图4的E-E剖视结构示意图(已合拢)。它是一种扣锁结构(应用在盒体上的示意图),包括上配合体1(本例中是盒体的上盖)和下配合体2(本例中是盒体的下盒),在上配合体1上设有与所述配合体1垂直的方形插件3,在所述插件3下部外侧面31上设有2个卡勾32,在所述卡勾32上方设有凸台33,所述凸台33上方为斜面331;在所述上配合体1上,所述插件3的两侧各设有一个凸耳4;在所述下配合体2外侧设有盒腔21,在所述盒腔21内壁上设有卡位22(参见图5),当所述插件3插入盒腔21后,所述卡勾32与所述卡位22互锁。
请参见图3,图3为钥匙的立体结构示意图。它是一种用于开启上述扣锁结构的开锁钥匙5,所述开锁钥匙5为板状,所述钥匙5的下侧面为斜面51,在所述钥匙5的两侧对称布有钥匙勾52,在钥匙5中部设有一个方孔53。
请参见图7,图7是图6插入钥匙后的剖视结构示意图。当所述钥匙5插入到下配合体2的卡盒21后,其下侧面51正好抵压在所述插件3上的凸台33上,迫使所述卡勾32脱离卡位22,并且所述钥匙勾52正好勾住插件3两侧的凸耳4。当用力将钥匙5向上拉,钥匙5上的钥匙勾52会将插件3拉出,这样配合体1就被打开了。

Claims (4)

1.一种扣锁结构,其特征在于:包括上配合体和下配合体,在上配合体上设有与所述配合体垂直的插件,在所述插件下部外侧面上设有卡勾,在所述卡勾上方设有凸台,所述凸台上方为斜面;在所述上配合体上,所述插件的两侧各设有一个凸耳;在所述下配合体外侧设有盒腔,在所述盒腔内壁上设有卡位,当所述插件插入盒腔后,所述卡勾与所述卡位互锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扣锁结构,其特征在于:所述卡勾为2个,分设在所述插件外侧面的下部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的扣锁结构,其特征在于:所述插件为一方形板。
4.一种用于开启上述扣锁结构的开锁钥匙,其特征在于:所述开锁钥匙为板状,所述钥匙的下侧面为斜面,在所述钥匙的两侧对称布有钥匙勾,当所述钥匙插入到下配合体的盒腔后,其下侧面正好抵压在所述插件上的凸台上,迫使所述卡勾脱离卡位,并且所述钥匙勾正好勾住插件两侧的凸耳,当钥匙往上拉动时,钥匙勾就会挂住凸身,并将上配合体打开。
