Description
実施例1〜5
3本撚り合わせまたは4本撚り合わせ紡糸方式を適用した超高速紡糸技術であって、サイド−フィーディングによりポリアミド系樹脂であるナイロン6を一定量添加したPET重合体チップを溶融紡糸し冷却する方法で実施例1ないし5のPET未延伸糸を製造した。この時、使用された紡糸の条件は、下記表1に示したとおりであり、残りの条件は、PET未延伸糸の製造のための通常の条件に従った。また、前記未延伸糸を表1に示した所定の延伸比で延伸、熱固定および巻取をしてPET延伸糸を製造した。
実施例1ないし5とは異なり、単糸または2本撚り合わせ紡糸方式を適用した超高速紡糸技術と要求範囲以外のナイロン6含量を添加したPET重合体チップを溶融し冷却紡糸する方法でPET延伸糸を製造した。この時、使用された溶融紡糸の条件を下記表1に示した。
実施例1〜5および比較例1〜5によるそれぞれの延伸糸に対して次のような方法で物性を測定し、測定された物性は下記表2に示した。
実施例6〜10
実施例1ないし5のいずれかによる延伸糸を使用して所定の総纎度、および単位長さ当たり撚数(TPM)で「Z」撚された原糸2本を同一の撚係数の「S」撚で合撚糸してRFL接着剤溶液に浸漬した後、乾燥および熱処理してPETタイヤコードを製造した。この時、使用された延伸糸、延伸糸纎度、撚係数(Twist Multiplier、TM)およびコード熱処理条件は下記表3に示し、前記RFL接着剤溶液の組成と乾燥条件などは通常のPETタイヤコードの製造条件に従った。
比較例1ないし比較例5の条件で製造された延伸糸を使用してPETタイヤコードを製造し、この時、使用された延伸糸、延伸糸纎度、撚係数およびコード熱処理条件は下記表3に示した。
実施例6〜10および比較例6〜10によるそれぞれのタイヤコードに対して次のような方法で物性を測定し、測定された物性は下記表4に示した。
Claims (9)
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートを90モル%以上含み、固有粘度が0.8ないし1.5である重合体に、0.1ないし2.0重量%のポリアミド系樹脂を添加する段階と、
ポリアミド系樹脂が添加された重合体混合物を3等分または4等分して溶融紡糸した後に合糸する3本撚り合わせ紡糸または4本撚り合わせ紡糸方式で、紡糸口金を通じて2500ないし4000m/minの速度で溶融紡糸して2000デニール以上の纎度を有する未延伸糸を形成する段階と、
未延伸糸を1.4ないし2.4倍の延伸比で延伸する段階と、
を含むポリエチレンテレフタレート延伸糸の製造方法。 - 前記溶融紡糸工程は、0.3ないし0.8g/dの紡糸張力下で行われる、請求項1に記載の延伸糸の製造方法。
- 前記未延伸糸は、10ないし30%の結晶化度を有し、断面積の変動係数(C.V.)が8%以下である、請求項1に記載の延伸糸の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造され、引張強度が9.5g/d以上であり、4.5g/dの荷重下における中間伸度が4.5ないし6.5%であり、切断伸度が12.0ないし20.0%であり、断面積の変動係数(C.V.)が8%以下であり、纎度が2000ないし6000デニールであるポリエチレンテレフタレート延伸糸。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法によりポリエチレンテレフタレート延伸糸を形成する段階と、
前記延伸糸を合撚して合撚糸を形成する段階と、
前記合撚糸を接着剤溶液に浸漬し熱処理する段階と、
を含むポリエチレンテレフタレートタイヤコードの製造方法。 - 前記熱処理段階は、230ないし260℃の温度下で90ないし360秒間行う、請求項5に記載のタイヤコードの製造方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法により製造され、総纎度4000ないし12000デニールであり、引張強度が8.5g/de以上であり、0.01g/deの荷重下に、177℃オーブンで2分間熱処理した後の乾熱収縮率と、2.25g/deの荷重下における中間伸度との合計である形態安定指数(E−S index)が5.5ないし7.5%であるポリエチレンテレフタレートタイヤコード。
- 2.25g/deの荷重下における中間伸度が3.5ないし5.5%であり、切断伸度が15.0%以上である、請求項7に記載のタイヤコード。
- 空気注入式タイヤのボディープライ用コードとして使用される、請求項7または8に記載のタイヤコード。
