Description
(1)気流熱交換気化:循環気流を加熱して温度勾配を起こし、熱交換に生じる熱量で除湿体内の除湿構造中の水分を気化する。高温の空気によって水蒸気脱着を可能とする故、極端に高いエネルギー消費量を必要とし、これにより乾燥除湿の目的を達成する。
(2)輻射熱気化:加熱器中の電熱ワイヤーは電流通過後高温を生じる。この熱量は輻射熱の形式で、除湿体内の構造中の水分子に輻射熱を直接吸収させて気化脱着する。輻射熱量と表面温度が四乗正比例を成す為、電熱器表面は全て400℃以上となり、輻射熱量は極端に高くなる。よって生じる水蒸気脱着効果は前記(1)の気流熱交換気化脱着よりはるかに良好となる。

Claims (1)
- 最低一物質を吸着する吸着材料と、
吸着材料の両側に接続される一対の電極構造であって、該一対の電極構造はそれぞれ、 ネット状金属電極と、
該ネット状金属電極上に設置して該ネット状金属電極を相互に絶縁となる複数の電極に分割する複数の絶縁枠体と、
導電層であって、該ネット状金属電極と該吸着材料の間に塗布され、該導電層は該吸着材料の両端面に位置することで、接触抵抗を低減すると共に、電流を均一に分布させ、該導電層はシルバーペースト或いはその他の導電性材料とされる、上記導電層と、を具える、上記一対の電極構造と、
電圧源であって、該一対の電極と接続され、該電圧源は電圧を該一対の電極構造に提供し、該吸着材料に電流を通し該物質を脱着させる、上記電圧源と、を備えることを特徴とする低消費エネルギー化脱着装置。
