Description
まず、参考形態に係る調湿装置(10)について図1を参照しながら説明する。この調湿装置(10)は、被処理空気である室内空気(RA)をケーシング(11)内に取り込んで、この室内空気(RA)の水分を吸着剤(20)で吸着することにより、室内空気(RA)の除湿を行う、いわゆる乾式の調湿装置である。また、この調湿装置(10)は、上記吸着剤(20)が担持された回転式の吸着ロータ(30)を上記ケーシング(11)内に備えている。
次に、参考形態の調湿装置(10)の運転動作について説明する。
本参考形態に係る調湿装置(10)では、以下の効果が発揮される。
次に、参考形態に係る調湿装置(10)の変形例について説明する。この変形例は、参考形態の調湿装置(10)において、再生手段(50)である第1電極(51)及び第2電極(52)の構成が異なるものである。以下に、参考形態と異なる点のみを説明する。
次に、実施形態に係る調湿装置(10)について図3及び図4を参照しながら説明する。この調湿装置(10)は、被処理空気である室内空気(RA)をケーシング(11)内に取り込んで、この室内空気(RA)の水分を吸着剤(20)で吸着することにより、被処理空気の除湿を行う、いわゆる乾式の調湿装置である。また、この調湿装置(10)は、室内空気(RA)の水分の吸着動作と、吸着剤(20)の再生動作とを交互に行う吸着素子(40)を備えた、いわゆる間欠運転方式の調湿装置である。この吸着素子(40)は、略四角柱状に形成されており、被処理空気に対して通気性を有している。そして、吸着素子(40)には、例えばシリカゲル、ゼオライト、活性アルミナなどに代表される吸着剤(20)が担持されている。
次に、実施形態の調湿装置(10)の運転動作について説明する。
本実施形態に係る調湿装置(10)では、以下の効果が発揮される。
次に、実施形態2に係る調湿装置(10)の変形例について説明する。この変形例の調湿装置(10)は、実施形態2と同様の吸着素子(40)を二つ備えており、一方の吸着素子で吸着動作を行うと同時に他方の吸着素子で再生動作を行う、いわゆるバッチ運転式の調湿装置(10)である。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (2)
- 被処理空気の水分の吸着を行う吸着剤(20)と、該吸着剤(20)を加熱再生する再生手段(50)とを備えた調湿装置であって、
上記吸着剤(20)は、通気性を有する四角柱状の吸着素子(40)に備えられ、
上記再生手段(50)は、被処理空気の流れ方向と平行に配置される平板状に形成されると共に、上記吸着素子(40)の側面を覆うようにしながら該吸着素子(40)を挟んで対向する第1電極(51)と第2電極(52)とを備え、
上記第1,第2電極(51,52)は、誘電加熱を行い上記吸着剤(20)を再生するように構成されていることを特徴とする調湿装置。 - 請求項1において、
上記吸着素子(40)は、空気流れ方向に縦長の四角柱状に形成されていることを特徴とする調湿装置。
