Claims (3)
- 網状微小構造を有するコージエライト主相からなる多孔質セラミック材料であって、20MPa超の正規化強度、(MOR)(relCFA)-1(1−気孔率/100)-1を示す多孔質セラミック材料:式中、MORは、長さ尺度の平方単位当たりのセルの単位で表されたセル密度(CD)および長さ尺度の単位で表されたハニカムマトリクスのセル壁厚(TWALL)を有するハニカムサンプルの、ASTM C1674−08にしたがう4点曲げ破壊係数試験から得たMPaの単位で表された値であり、relCFAは、relCFA=TWALL[2L−TWALL]/L2とここに定義される相対閉鎖前方面積であり、L=CD −1/2であり、気孔率は、水銀圧入ポロシメトリーにより測定された、%で表される全気孔率である。
- 前記コージエライト主相が10μmより小さい中央結晶粒サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の多孔質セラミック材料。
- 前記コージエライト主相が50μm未満の平均領域サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の多孔質セラミック材料。
