Claims (13)
- 繊維基材の少なくとも一つの表面に接着剤層が設けられている繊維半製品であって、前記接着剤の少なくとも一つの構成物質は部分的に架橋されていて、且つ前記部分的に架橋された構成物質は二重結合を有するモノマーの部分架橋生成物であって、前記二重結合を有するモノマーがエポキシ樹脂と不飽和カルボン酸との反応により生成された部分エステルであり、前記接着剤が40〜60質量%の前記部分エステル、25〜40質量%の少なくとも一種のゴム成分、少なくとも一種のエポキシ樹脂および少なくとも一種の開始剤を含有する、前記半製品。
- 前記部分エステルが、エポキシ樹脂とアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸との化学量論的な量よりすくない量での転化の生成物である請求項1に記載の半製品。
- 前記部分エステルを生成するためのエポキシ樹脂が、エポキシ化ノボラックである請求項1又は2に記載の半製品。
- 前記開始剤が、光開始剤又は過酸化物である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の半製品。
- 前記接着剤の部分的に架橋された構成物質の前記部分架橋が、前記繊維半製品に紫外線を照射することにより前記繊維半製品の表面で起る請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の半製品。
- 前記接着剤に含有されるエポキシ樹脂が、ビスフェノールA樹脂、ビスフェノールF樹脂、テトラグリシジルメチレンジアニリン(TGMDA)、トリグリシジルパラアミノフェノール(TGPAP)および/又はエポキシ化ノボラックである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の半製品。
- 前記ゴム成分が、合成の又は天然のゴムである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の半製品。
- 前記接着剤が、エポキシ樹脂を含有する反応樹脂混合物中で膨潤していることおよび/又は部分的に溶解していることが可能である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の半製品。
- 前記繊維基材が、繊維の1つ又は複数の層、織物、編物又は不織布である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の半製品。
- 前記繊維基材が、ガラス、炭素、玄武岩、天然繊維および/又はアラミド繊維からなる請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の半製品。
- 繊維強化プラスチック材料の製造のために請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の繊維半製品を使用する方法。
- 繊維強化プラスチックが少なくとも一つのエポキシ樹脂を含んで製造される、請求項11に記載の繊維半製品を使用する方法。
