Description
Claims (16)
- 水平ボーリング用連結リンクのための差込式連結装置であって、連結リンク(1)を互いに結合する犠牲要素(2,12,22)を備えており、該犠牲要素は、少なくとも1つの端部でもって前記各連結リンク内に挿入可能であり、前記連結リンクは軸線方向で互いに分離可能に結合されている形式のものにおいて、前記犠牲要素は少なくとも1つの側に横ウエブ(4,8;26;36)を有しており、該横ウエブは前記連結リンク(1)のうちの1つの連結リンクの横方向切欠き(38)内に挿入可能になっており、該横方向切欠きは前記犠牲要素を挿入するために開口を有していて、該開口は前記連結リンクの長手方向軸線に対して垂直に延びており、前記連結リンクに前記横ウエブを固定するために、前記犠牲要素は挿入後に該犠牲要素の長手方向軸線を中心にして回転させられることを特徴とする、犠牲要素を有する差込式連結装置。
- 犠牲要素(2,12,22)の少なくとも1つの側は、連結リンク(1)が少なくとも1つの平面内で互いに相対的に旋回可能であるように、形成されている請求項1に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 犠牲要素(2,12,22)の少なくとも1つの側は、互いに連結された連結リンク(1)が複数の平面内で互いに相対的に旋回可能であるように、形成されている請求項1に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 犠牲要素(12)の少なくとも1つの側は、球若しくは部分球として形成されている請求項1に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 犠牲要素(2,12,22)の1つの側は、連結リンク(1)内に固定されている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 犠牲要素は1つの側で旋回運動に対して、嵌合により、若しくは素材結合により、若しくは摩擦により固定されている請求項5に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の差込式連結装置を有するロッドに用いられる連結リンクにおいて、該連結リンクは、犠牲要素(2,12,22)の受容のための少なくとも1つの連結開口部(6,16,30)を有していることを特徴とする連結リンク。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の差込式連結装置を有するロッドに用いられる連結リンクにおいて、該連結リンクは、請求項7に記載の連結リンクの連結開口部(6,16,30)内への挿入のための少なくとも1つの犠牲要素(2,12,22)を有していることを特徴とする連結リンク。
- 請求項7又は8のロッドと一緒に用いられる犠牲要素において、該犠牲要素はボールヘッド状の少なくとも1つの結合区分(14,14′)を含んでいることを特徴とする犠牲要素。
- 請求項7又は8のロッドと一緒に用いられる犠牲要素において、該犠牲要素はピン状の少なくとも1つの結合区分(14,14′)を含んでいることを特徴とする犠牲要素。
- 犠牲要素は、連結リンク間の所定の角度での横方向切欠き(38)内への犠牲要素の挿入及び横方向切欠き(38)からの犠牲要素の抜き取りを許し、かつ前記所定の角度以外の角度領域では抜け出しを阻止する形状を有している請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 犠牲要素(2,12,22)は少なくとも1つの平面部(23,33)を有している請求項11に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 雌形の連結部材には長手方向に連結開口部(6)を設けてある請求項12に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 連結開口部(6)はL字形に形成されている請求項13に記載の差込式連結装置。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の故障若しくは損傷した犠牲要素を修理若しくは交換するため、若しくは請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の犠牲要素を連結相手の種々の形状若しくは寸法に適合させるための方法において、古い犠牲要素を抜き取り、予備犠牲要素を装着することを特徴とする、犠牲要素を修理するため若しくは連結相手の種々の形状若しくは寸法に適合させるための方法。
- 連結リンクと素材結合により結合される犠牲要素を切り離して、新たな犠牲要素をロッドに素材結合により装着する請求項15に記載の方法。
