(2)硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物が、有機ポリイソシアネート、ポリオールおよび発泡剤を含有してなり、かつポリオールの水酸基価が150〜450mgKOH/gである上記(1)に記載の円形鋼管内面の防錆処理方法、
(3)硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物が、さらに防錆顔料を含有してなる上記(2)に記載の円形鋼管内面の防錆処理方法。
本発明で言う鋼管構造体を構成する円形鋼管は、JISに規定されているものである。本発明の方法は、未洗浄の鋼管に対しても十分な効果を奏するが、鋼管内面に錆が付着している場合は、前処理としてブラストや酸洗を行っても良い。
本発明の防錆処理方法は、円形鋼管内面の防錆処理方法であって、前記円形鋼管の内部に、硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物を注入し発泡させることにより、前記円形鋼管の内部に存在する空気を鋼管外に排出し、円形鋼管内部を硬質ポリウレタンフォームで充填することを特徴とする。
多価アルコールとしては、例えば、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、テトラエチレングリコール、1,3−プロピレングリコール、1,4−ブタンジオール等の水酸基を2個有するポリヒドロキシ化合物や、トリメチロールプロパン等の水酸基を3個有するポリヒドロキシ化合物や、ペンタエリスリトール等の水酸基を4個有するポリヒドロキシ化合物や、ビスフェノールA、ビスフェノールS等の芳香族ポリヒドロキシ化合物、2−メチル−1,3−プロパンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール等の側鎖にアルキル基を含有する多価アルコール、またはそれらの誘導体等が用いられる。
脂肪族多価カルボン酸としては、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、アゼライン酸、マレイン酸等の脂肪族ジカルボン酸;芳香族多価カルボン酸としては、オルトフタル酸及びその無水物、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、ジメチルフタレート等の芳香族ジカルボン酸及びその無水物やエステル、トリメリット酸等が用いられる。
以下の表1に示す成分を混合分散し、防錆塗料を調製した。

注6)「アディティブTI」(住化バイエルウレタン社製)
注7)「アディティブOF」(住化バイエルウレタン社製)
ポリオール(水酸基価314mgKOH/g、粘度670mPa・s/25℃、水分3.6%、住化バイエルウレタン社製)(A液)120gと、イソシアネート化合物(粘度180mPa・s/25℃、NCO含量31.5%、住化バイエルウレタン社製SBUイソシアネートH480)(B液)175gを、それぞれカップに計量し、20±0.5℃に調整した。A液/B液の配合比はNCO/OH=2.0(当量比)となるよう決定した。なお、発泡評価は2回行い、平均値を採用した。
この間、ゲルタイム(混合開始から反応混合物中に挿入した割り箸を引き抜く時反応混合物が糸を引くようになり始めるまでの時間)、タックフリータイム(反応混合物の表面を指触し、粘着性が消失するまでの時間)を測定した。
約60分後、フリーフォームを切断しセル状態を確認した。その後フリーフォームのほぼ中央部分からフォーム密度用サンプルを切り出し、密度を測定した。
以上の結果を表2に示す。
硬質ポリウレタンフォームの発泡性と接着性を確認するため、透明アクリル管を用いて以下の実験を行った。なお、硬質ポリウレタンフォームの自己接着力は被着体の材質によって異なり、プラスチックよりも鉄板や亜鉛板の方が高いことが知られている。
試験例1で調整したA液とB液の配合物を、一方の端部をアクリル板で塞いだ内径100mm、外径112mm、長さ1000mmの管の内部に、もう一方の端部から注入しフリー発泡させた。その結果、硬質ポリウレタンフォームは、隙間なく充填されることを確認できた。
円形鋼管の内面に、製造例1で調製した防錆塗料を約0.8kg/m2塗布した。その後、この内部に、実施例1で用いたものと同じ硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物をフリー発泡させた。その結果、実施例1と同様、硬質ポリウレタンフォームは、隙間なく充填されることを確認でき、さらに、防錆塗料と硬質ポリウレタンフォームが良好に接着していることを確認できた。

Claims (3)
- 円形鋼管内面の防錆処理方法であって、円形鋼管の内面に湿気硬化型ウレタン樹脂を主成分とする防錆塗料をコーティングした後、当該円形鋼管の内部に、硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物を注入し発泡させることにより、前記円形鋼管の内部に存在する空気を鋼管外に排出し、円形鋼管内部を硬質ポリウレタンフォームで充填することを特徴とする円形鋼管内面の防錆処理方法。
- 硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物が、有機ポリイソシアネート、ポリオールおよび発泡剤を含有してなり、かつポリオールの水酸基価が150〜450mgKOH/gである請求項1に記載の円形鋼管内面の防錆処理方法。
- 硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物が、さらに防錆顔料を含有してなる請求項2に記載の円形鋼管内面の防錆処理方法。
