Description
(1)1種の実質的に飽和している合成エラストマー;ならびに
(2)少なくとも1種の共役ジエンおよび少なくとも1種のα,β−不飽和ニトリルに由来する繰り返し単位を有するコポリマー、
の架橋ブレンド(B)を含むエラストマー組成物(C)に基づく物品に関し、
前記物品は表面ハロゲン化処理に供されている。
−(a)エチレンおよびプロピレンから誘導されたコポリマー(通例、より簡潔には、EPMゴムとして知られている)、ならびに、エチレン、プロピレンおよびジエンから誘導されたターポリマー(通例、より簡潔には、EPDMゴムとして知られている);これらのコポリマー中のエチレンおよびプロピレンの重量パーセントは、それぞれ、一般に80%〜20%(エチレン)および20%〜80%(プロピレン)である;ターポリマー中に存在するジエンは、一般にノルボルネンおよびジシクロペンタジエンなどの非共役ジエンである;ターポリマー中のジエンの重量パーセントは、一般に2%〜11%である;
−(b)エピクロロヒドリンに由来するエラストマー;これらのエラストマーは、エピクロロヒドリンホモポリマー、エピクロロヒドリン/エチレンオキシドコポリマーおよびエピクロロヒドリン/エチレンオキシド/アリルグリシジルエーテルターポリマーであり得る;
−(c)水素化処理が施された少なくとも1種の共役ジエンおよび少なくとも1種のα,β−不飽和ニトリルに由来する繰り返し単位を有するコポリマー;これらの水素化コポリマー(c)は、任意により共役ジエンおよびα,β−不飽和ニトリルと共重合性である他の不飽和モノマーを含有してもよい;種々の繰り返し単位をランダム配列で有するコポリマー(c)が好ましい。
−充填材、ならびに、シリカおよびケイ酸などの充填材の混合物;ガラス線維;金属酸化物、炭酸塩および水酸化物;カーボンブラック等;
−顔料および染料;
−可塑剤;
−安定化剤および酸化防止剤;
−防火剤および難燃剤;
−粘着防止剤;
−帯電防止剤;
−加工助剤;
−成形剤;
−相容化剤;
−強化剤;
−潤滑剤;
−増粘剤等。
−少なくとも:
a)1種の実質的に飽和している合成エラストマー;ならびに
b)少なくとも1種の共役ジエンおよび少なくとも1種のα,β−不飽和ニトリルに由来する繰り返し単位を有するコポリマー
が一緒にブレンドされる工程(I);
−得られたブレンドが加硫に供される工程(II);
−加硫ブレンドが成形される工程(III);ならびに
−工程(III)において得られた物品が表面ハロゲン化処理に供される工程(IV)
を含む。
・弁体が、開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能であるフラップによりシールされる入口開口および出口開口を備え;ならびに
・タンクに液体を導入するためのノズルの管状端によってフラップにかかる圧力によりバルブケーシング中においてフラップを旋回させると共にすべり弁を回転させて、弁体の入口開口および出口開口と一直線上に前記すべり弁の円柱状の開口が配置されるように、フラップが結合部材によりすべり弁に接続されている。
組成物(C)を構成成分から製造し、その性質およびそれぞれの量(重量部)が以下に列挙されている。
ZETPOL(登録商標)1010の名称でZeon Chemicalsにより販売されている水素化アクリロニトリル/ブタジエンコポリマー(HNBR)(44% ACN):70
KRYNAC(登録商標)44.50の名称でLanxessにより販売されているアクリロニトリル/ブタジエンコポリマー(NBR)(43.5% ACN):30
カーボンブラックN772(Cabot製):50
ジオクチルフタレート可塑剤:15
酸化亜鉛:5
ステアリン酸:2
硫黄:2
テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィド:3
メルカプトベンゾチアゾールジスルフィド:3
この実施例は比較のために記載されている。
この実施例もまた比較のために記載されている。
表面臭素化処理を以下の手法による塩素化処理により置き換えたこと以外は、実施例1を再現した。
液相表面臭素化処理を以下の手法による気相臭素化処理に置き換えたこと以外は、実施例1を再現した。
40重量部のHNBRコポリマーおよび60重量部のNBRコポリマーを用いて組成物(C)を製造したことを除き、性質および他の構成成分のそれぞれの量(重量部)を同じままにして実施例1を再現した。
図1は、爪(3)を備える金属インサート(2)にオーバーモールドされたシール(1)を示している(および、これは、右側の図では「裸」(シール無しで)示されている)。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも:
(1)1種の15mol%未満のジエン単位を含む合成エラストマー;ならびに
(2)少なくとも1種の共役ジエンおよび少なくとも1種のα,β−不飽和ニトリルに由来する繰り返し単位を有するコポリマー、
の架橋ブレンド(B)を含むエラストマー組成物(C)に基づく、表面ハロゲン化処理に供された物品であって、
動的シールとは異なる材料で構成され、且つ、該動的シールの形状の安定性をもたらすインサートにオーバーモールドされた動的シールである、物品。 - 前記合成エラストマー(1)が、水素化処理が施された、少なくとも1種の共役ジエンおよび少なくとも1種のα,β−不飽和ニトリルに由来する繰り返し単位を有するコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記合成エラストマー(1)を構成するα,β−不飽和ニトリルがアクリロニトリルであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 前記合成エラストマー(1)を構成する共役ジエンがブタジエンであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 前記コポリマー(2)が、非水素化ブタジエン/アクリロニトリルコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記合成エラストマー(1)および前記コポリマー(2)が、70/30〜30/70の[合成エラストマー(1)]/[コポリマー(2)]重量比で一緒にブレンドされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ブレンド(B)が、硫黄を含有する加硫系および過酸化物を含有する加硫系から選択された加硫系を用いて架橋されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記表面ハロゲン化処理が臭素化処理であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記表面ハロゲン化処理が塩素化処理であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ブレンド(B)が、該ブレンド(B)の100重量%に基づいて、75重量%〜90重量%の量の前記合成エラストマー(1)を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記合成エラストマー(1)が、ジエン単位を含まない、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 炭化水素を含有する媒体と接する動的シールである、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 炭化水素を含有する媒体と接する動的シールであって、燃料タンクの給油パイプヘッドと給油パイプとの間に設けられる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記インサートが、金属リングである、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記金属リングが、パイプヘッドおよび/またはパイプに設けられた筐体に前記動的シールを留めるための1以上のレリーフを備える、請求項14に記載の物品。
