Claims (6)
- 窒素酸化物(NOx)の選択触媒還元によって一酸化炭素(CO)及びガス状の有機物質を含む煙道ガス(A)を脱硝するプロセスであって、前記煙道ガス(A)が、連続して配置された複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)を備える少なくとも2つの通路(14)を通して交互に逆方向に導かれ、窒素酸化物(NOx)の触媒還元が、前記複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)の間に配置された触媒(6)内で行われ、更に前記煙道ガス(A)が、触媒還元前に、脱硝された煙道ガス(A)の残留熱を回収する熱交換によって、160℃から500℃の反応温度(TR)に加熱される、前記プロセスにおいて、
熱交換における熱移動に伴う損失が、前記煙道ガス(A)中の一酸化炭素(CO)及びガス状の有機物質の、前記少なくとも2つの通路(14)の間に配置された空間(16)内での後燃焼によるエネルギー再生によって、少なくとも部分的に補償されることを特徴とする、脱硝プロセス。 - 前記煙道ガス(A)の脱硝の、開始又は運転温度の維持のために、外部からエネルギーが供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 後燃焼の前に、前記煙道ガス(A)に、燃焼可能な物質が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記煙道ガス(A)中の一酸化炭素(CO)及びガス状の有機物質の含有量が、燃焼の制御によって増加されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 連続して配置された複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)を備える少なくとも2つの通路(14)を有し、煙道ガス(A)を、前記少なくとも2つの通路(14)を通して交互に逆方向に導く、一酸化炭素(CO)及びガス状の有機物質を含む煙道ガス(A)を脱硝する装置であって、
前記通路(14)ごとに、窒素酸化物(NOx)を触媒還元する少なくとも1つの触媒(6)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの触媒(6)が、前記複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)の間に配置され、前記複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)が、脱硝された煙道ガス(A)から回収した残留熱によって、触媒還元前の前記煙道ガス(A)を、160℃から500℃の反応温度(TR)に加熱し、
前記蓄熱モジュール(15)の熱移動に伴う損失を補償するために、一酸化炭素(CO)及びガス状の有機物質を後燃焼させてエネルギー再生を行う空間(16)を、前記少なくとも2つの通路(14)の間に設けていることを特徴とする、脱硝装置。 - 前記蓄熱モジュール(15)が、セラミックのハニカム本体によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
