Description
下記の合成スキーム(A)に従い、トリキノキサリニレン(4A)を合成した。
上述のようにして合成されたトリキノキサリニレン:100mg、導電補助剤としてのグラファイト粉末:200mg、結着剤としてのポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂:100mgをそれぞれ秤量し、全体が均一になるように混合しながら混練し、混合物を得た。そして、この混合体を加圧成形し、厚さ約150μmのシート状部材を作製した。
以上のように作製した二次電池を、0.1mAの定電流で電圧が4.2Vになるまで充電し、その後、0.1mAの定電流で1.5Vまで放電した。その結果、充放電電圧が2.4V及び1.5Vの2箇所で電圧平坦部を有し、放電容量が0.4mAhの二次電池であることが確認された。この容量から電極活物質当たりの容量密度を計算したところ、420Ah/kgであった。
下記の合成スキーム(B)に従い、トリフルオロトリキノキサリニレン(4B)を合成した。
トリフルオロトリキノキサリニレンを正極活物質に使用した以外は、〔実施例1〕と同様の方法で二次電池を作製した。
以上のように作製した二次電池を、0.1mAの定電流で電圧が4.2Vになるまで充電し、その後、0.1mAの定電流で1.5Vまで放電した。その結果、充放電電圧が2.5V及び1.6Vの2箇所で電圧平坦部を有し、放電容量が0.32mAhの二次電池であることが確認された。この容量から電極活物質当たりの容量密度を計算したところ、230Ah/kgであった。
下記の合成スキーム(C)に従い、トリクロロトリキノキサリニレン(4C)を合成した。
トリクロロトリキノキサリニレンを正極活物質に使用した以外は、〔実施例1〕と同様の方法で二次電池を作製した。
以上のように作製した二次電池を、0.1mAの定電流で電圧が4.2Vになるまで充電し、その後、0.1mAの定電流で1.5Vまで放電した。その結果、充放電電圧が2.4V及び1.5Vの2箇所で電圧平坦部を有し、放電容量が0.42mAhの二次電池であることが確認された。この容量から電極活物質当たりの容量密度を計算したところ、343Ah/kgであった。
下記の合成スキーム(D)に従い、トリブロモトリキノキサリニレン(4D)を合成した。
トリブロモトリキノキサリニレンを正極活物質に使用した以外は、〔実施例1〕と同様の方法で二次電池を作製した。
以上のように作製した二次電池を、0.1mAの定電流で電圧が4.2Vになるまで充電し、その後、0.1mAの定電流で1.5Vまで放電した。その結果、充放電電圧が2.5V及び1.8Vの2箇所で電圧平坦部を有し、放電容量が0.35mAhの二次電池であることが確認された。この容量から電極活物質当たりの容量密度を計算したところ、260Ah/kgであった。
下記の合成スキーム(E)に従い、トリメチルトリキノキサリニレン(4H)を合成した。
トリメチルトリキノキサリニレンを正極活物質に使用した以外は、〔実施例1〕と同様の方法で二次電池を作製した。
以上のように作製した二次電池を、0.1mAの定電流で電圧が4.2Vになるまで充電し、その後、0.1mAの定電流で1.5Vまで放電した。その結果、充放電電圧が2.5V、2.0V及び1.5Vの3箇所で電圧平坦部を有し、放電容量が0.28mAhの二次電池であることが確認された。この容量から電極活物質当たりの容量密度を計算したところ、200Ah/kgであった。
下記の合成スキーム(F)に従い、トリベンゾイルトリキノキサリニレン(4J)を合成した。
トリベンゾイルトリキノキサリニレンを正極活物質に使用した以外は、〔実施例1〕と同様の方法で二次電池を作製した。
以上のように作製した二次電池を、0.1mAの定電流で電圧が4.2Vになるまで充電し、その後、0.1mAの定電流で1.5Vまで放電した。その結果、充放電電圧が2.5V及び1.5Vの2箇所で電圧平坦部を有し、放電容量が0.26mAhの二次電池であることが確認された。この容量から電極活物質当たりの容量密度を計算したところ、240Ah/kgであった。

Claims (3)
- 電池電極反応によって充放電を繰り返す二次電池の活物質として使用される電極活物質であって、
シクロアルカンに結合したピラジン構造を構成単位中に含有する一般式
で表わされる有機化合物を主体としていることを特徴とする電極活物質。 - 請求項1記載の電極活物質が、電池電極反応の少なくとも放電反応における反応出発物、生成物及び中間生成物のうちのいずれかに含まれることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 正極、負極、及び電解質を有し、前記正極が、請求項1記載の電極活物質を有していることを特徴とする二次電池。
