Description
図4は、本発明に係る非球面プラスチックレンズの金型及びその射出形態を示す構成図であり、図5は、図4の“A”部分を拡大した断面図であり、図6は、本発明に係る非球面プラスチックレンズの鏡筒結合を示す断面図である。
このような構成を有する非球面プラスチックレンズを射出成形する金型の構造を、図7及び図8を参照して説明すれば、次の通りである。

Claims (7)
- 球面部と、球面部の外周のリブと、を含む非球面プラスチックレンズにおいて、
リブのレンズ一面側及び/又はレンズ他面側のリブ面は、
外周側の第1面と、
第1面に段差部を介してつながり、径方向の長さ(s)が0.2mm以上である高位置の第2面と、
第2面に傾斜段差部を介してつながる内周側の高位置の第3面と、を含み、
段差部からバーが上方に突出し、 傾斜段差部は、バーの突出高さ以上の高さを有することを特徴とする非球面プラスチックレンズ。 - 前記傾斜段差部は、10μm以上、30μm以下の高さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非球面プラスチックレンズ。
- 前記傾斜段差部は、30°〜60°の傾斜角度を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の非球面プラスチックレンズ。
- 前記球面部は、レンズ一面側の曲率とレンズ他面側の曲率が異なる湾曲形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の非球面プラスチックレンズ。
- 可動側金型及び固定側金型を含み、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の非球面プラスチックレンズの製造金型であって、
可動側金型及び/又は固定側金型は、円筒形の支持コアと、支持コアの中央に回転自在に装着されるピンコアと、を含み、
支持コアは、前記第1面を形成するための第1面形成部を含み、
ピンコアは、前記第2面を形成するために設けられた、径方向長さ(s)が0.2mm以上の第2面形成部と、前記傾斜段差部を形成するための傾斜段差部形成部と、前記第3面を形成するための第3面形成部と、を含み、
支持コア及びピンコアの境界は、前記バーを形成するものであり、
前記段差部からバーが上方に突出し、傾斜段差部は、バーの突出高さ以上の高さを有するレンズを製造することを特徴とする製造金型。 - 前記ピンコアの第2面形成部と第3面形成部との段差(h)は、0.01mm以上、0.03mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造金型。
- 前記ピンコアの傾斜段差部形成部は、30°〜60°の傾斜角度を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造金型。
