Description
カプロラクタム(BrueggemannのBrueggolen C20)中のカプロラクタムナトリウムを17〜19%含む溶液を、カプロラクタム中のキャップが形成されたジイソシアネートを含む溶液と混合させる。キャップが形成されたジイソシアネートを含む溶液は、およそ17%のNCO族(BrueggemannのBrueggolen C10)を含む。2つの溶液は、7対1の割合で互いに混合される。
ガラスカラム内での液滴の滞留時間が50秒であること以外は、実施例1で示したように反応が実行される。この場合、残余するカプロラクタム内容物は1%であり、粘度数は170ml/gであり、平均粒子直径はおよそ750μmである。
実施例2と対比すると、フィルタ中でのより長い滞留時間が実行される。この場合、残余するカプロラクタム内容物は0.4%が得られ、粘度数は170ml/gであり、平均粒子直径は750μmである。
Claims (15)
- 反応器内でモノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを含む液体を、前記モノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを含む液体に対して不混和な連続液相に液滴として添加し、及びモノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを前記連続液相内で反応させてポリマーを得ることでポリマーを製造する方法において、
モノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを含む液体を連続液相の外部で液滴に形成する工程と、
次に前記形成した液滴を連続液相に導入する工程と、を備え、
反応器が、管状反応器として形成されていることを特徴とする方法。 - モノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを含む液体の液滴と連続液相とが向流で流れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- モノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを含む液体の液滴と連続液相とが並流で流れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- モノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを含む液体が、少なくとも一つのノズルまたは液滴生成プレートの孔によって、液滴に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- モノマーを含む液体が、互いに反応してポリマーを得るモノマー及びコモノマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- モノマーが、カプロラクタム、カプロラクトン及びラウロラクタムからなる群から選択され、
コモノマーが、カプロラクタム、カプロラクトン、ラウロラクタム、ポリテトラヒドロフラン及びアミノカプロラクタムからなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - モノマー及び/またはオリゴマーを含む液体から構成されるコアと、
封入材料または封入材料の先駆物質から構成される外殻と、
を備える二重液滴が、連続液相に滴下して付加されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 封入材料は、使用されるモノマーのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーを含み、
ホモ−またはコポリマーは、コア中に存在するモノマーを含む液体に不溶性であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 二重液滴は、環状隙間ノズルによって得られることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の方法を実行する反応器であって、
連続液相を流下させる管と、
液滴を発生させる手段と、を備え、
液滴を発生させる手段が、連続液相の外部に液滴を発生させ且つ発生させた液滴を連続液相に導入するように配置されたことを特徴とする反応器。 - 用いられる液滴を発生させる手段は、
ノズルまたはボアを有する液滴生成プレートであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の反応器。 - 液滴を発生させる手段と連続液相との距離が20〜500mmの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の反応器。
- 液滴を発生させる手段から連続液相に液滴が落下するように、液滴を発生させる手段が連続した液相の上部に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- ポリアミド類、ポリスチレン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート類、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルアミン類、ポリマレイン酸、ポリブチルアクリレート、ポリカプロラクタム類及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン類を製造するために用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリアミド類、ポリスチレン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート類、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアクリル酸、ポリビニルアミン類、ポリマレイン酸、ポリブチルアクリレート、ポリカプロラクタム類及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン類を製造するために用いることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
