Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態1について、図1乃至図14を参照しながら説明する。ここでは、冷媒を圧縮機で圧縮し循環させ、低温熱源から吸熱し高温熱源に排熱する冷凍サイクルを用いた冷凍サイクル装置として、屋内の冷房や暖房を行う空気調和機を用いて説明する。
Claims (9)
- 冷媒回路と、
前記冷媒回路にあって、密閉容器内部に圧縮機構部を有し冷媒を圧縮して吐出し前記冷媒回路に循環させる圧縮機と、
屋外に据え付けられるとともに、筐体内部が仕切板によって、室外送風ファンおよび室外熱交換器を有するファン室と前記圧縮機が配置される機械室とに分けられた室外ユニットと、を具備し、
前記冷媒が可燃性を有するHFC冷媒であって、
前記圧縮機の密閉容器の表面に熱的に接触して取り付けられ、前記機械室内の空気中の水分を吸着する乾燥剤を備えたことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記圧縮機が前記機械室の下部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記乾燥剤は、前記室外ユニットの運転停止中に、前記機械室内の空気中の水分を吸着し、前記室外ユニットの運転時に、稼動中の前記圧縮機の密閉容器に加熱され、運転停止中に吸着した水分を放出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記筐体に形成され、屋外と前記機械室とを連通する吸気口と、
前記筐体に前記室外送風ファンに対向して形成される吹出口と、を備え、
前記室外ユニットの運転時は、前記室外送風ファンの回転により、前記吸気口を通って屋外から前記機械室に導入され、前記機械室から前記ファン室へと導かれ、前記吹出口から屋外へと吹き出される空気流が生じ、
前記室外ユニットの運転時に前記乾燥剤から放出された水分が、前記空気流とともに、前記吹出口から屋外へ放出されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記機械室の前記圧縮機より上方に配置され、電装基板を有する電気品ユニットと、
前記筐体に形成され、屋外と前記機械室とを連通する吸気口と、
前記筐体に前記室外送風ファンに対向して形成される吹出口と、を備え、
前記室外ユニットの運転中は、前記室外送風ファンの回転により、前記吸気口を通って屋外から前記機械室に導入され、前記電気品ユニット内を通過してから前記ファン室へと導かれ、前記吹出口から屋外へと吹き出される電気品ユニットの冷却空気流が生じ、
前記室外ユニットの運転時に前記乾燥剤から放出された水分が、前記冷却空気流とともに、前記吹出口から屋外へ放出されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記圧縮機は、前記密閉容器内部が前記圧縮機構部で圧縮された高温高圧な冷媒ガス雰囲気である高圧シェル方式であって、
前記乾燥剤が、前記密閉容器を構成する円筒状容器の外側面に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記乾燥剤が、前記密閉容器を構成する上蓋の上面に取り付けられ、前記乾燥剤に作用する重力が前記上蓋に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記乾燥剤は、通気性を有する金属製もしくは耐熱性を有した樹脂製の網状袋に乾燥剤物質が収納されて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記乾燥剤が、前記円筒状容器に取り回されるバンドで括り付けられて、前記円筒状容器の外側面に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
