Claims (2)
- 上部旋回体、下部走行体、前記上部旋回体に設置されたブームシリンダ、アームシリンダ、バケットシリンダ及び旋回モータを含む多数の作業装置アクチュエータにそれぞれ流体圧を提供する第1及び第2の油圧ポンプを含む掘削機用油圧駆動システムにおいて、
前記第1の油圧ポンプの下流側から第1のセンターバイパスラインに沿って順次に設けられる第1の走行制御弁及び第1のブーム制御弁を含む少なくとも一つ以上の第1の作業装置制御弁と、
前記第2の油圧ポンプの下流側から第2のセンターバイパスラインに沿って順次に設けられる第2の走行制御弁と第2のブーム制御弁を含む少なくとも一つ以上の第2の作業装置制御弁と、
前記旋回モータが第3のセンターバイパスライン上に設けられ、前記旋回モータに流体圧を提供する第3の油圧ポンプと、
前記第3の油圧ポンプの下流側に設けられ、外部から入力される弁切換信号によって切り換えられ、前記第3の油圧ポンプから吐き出される圧油を前記旋回モータに供給する旋回制御弁と、
前記第3の油圧ポンプの下流から前記第3のセンターバイパスラインの上に設けられる前記旋回制御弁と、前記第1及び第2のセンターバイパスライン上につながる少なくとも一つ以上の前記作業装置制御弁との間の流路上に連結設置され、前記旋回制御弁の中立位置時、外部から入力される弁切換信号によって切り換えられ、前記第3の油圧ポンプから吐き出される圧油を前記選択的につながる少なくとも一つ以上の作業装置制御弁に供給する合流制御弁と、
前記合流制御弁の出口ポート側と前記選択的につながる少なくとも一つ以上の作業装置制御弁との間に連結設置され、前記合流制御弁のスプールの切換にしたがって前記第3の油圧ポンプから供給される圧油を、第1又は第2の油圧ポンプの圧油と合流させる可変合流ラインとを含み、前記可変合流ラインは、アーム制御弁の出口ポートと前記アームシリンダとの間の流路に連結設置されることを特徴とする掘削機用油圧駆動システム。 - 前記第2の油圧ポンプの下流において、前記第2のセンターバイパスラインから分岐した供給流路に連結設置され、外部より入力される弁切換信号にしたがって切り換えられ、前記バケットシリンダに供給される前記第2の油圧ポンプの圧油を制御するバケット制御弁をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の掘削機用油圧駆動システム。
