Description
下記表1,表2に示すように、金属母材の素材として、冷延鋼板、各種めっき鋼板、各種アルミニウム合金(板材、以下同様)、マグネシウム合金、亜鉛合金を用いて、一部を除き、後述するように、浸漬法により同表に示した各種塩からなる防食層を被覆形成した表面処理金属材の供試材を製作した。なお、表2において、アルミニウム合金、マグネシウム合金及び亜鉛合金の番号は、それぞれJISH4000:1999年、JISH4201:2005年及びJISH5301:1990年にて規定されている合金番号を示す。
表1及び表2に示した表面処理金属材あるいは金属母材(防食層を形成しなかったもの)の試験片から2種を選び、これらの組み合わせからなる異材接合体の接触腐食を模擬するために、これらの試験片を表3に示すように電極A、Bとして、両電極間に流れるガルバニック電流を測定した。
ガルバニック電流の測定結果を表3に併せて示す。表3中、試料No. 1〜5は比較例に係る異材接合体に対応した測定試料であり、試料No. 47,48,53〜57は発明例に係る異材接合体に対応した測定試料であり、他の試料は参考試料である。

Claims (3)
- 第1表面処理金属材と、前記第1表面処理金属材に部分的に接合された第2表面処理金属材を備え、
前記第1表面処理金属材は鉄鋼材で形成された第1金属母材と、前記第1金属母材の表面に形成された第1防食層を備え、
前記第2表面処理金属材はアルミニウム合金材で形成された第2金属母材と、前記第2金属母材の表面に形成された第2防食層を備え、
前記第1防食層および前記第2防食層は、それぞれ四ホウ酸塩、バナジン酸塩、リン酸二水素塩、亜硝酸塩、タングステン酸塩からなる群より選択される1種または2種以上の塩であって、それぞれカリウム塩、ナトリウム塩又はアンモニウム塩のいずれかを0.005〜1g/m2 含み、
前記第1表面処理金属材の第1防食層側に前記第2表面処理金属材の第2防食層が接触するように隣接して配置され、前記第1表面処理金属材の第1金属母材と前記第2表面処理金属材の第2金属母材とが電気的に導通した状態で接合された、異材接合体。 - 前記第1金属母材は、少なくとも一方の表面にZnを50質量%以上含有する亜鉛含有めっき層が被覆された亜鉛含有めっき鉄鋼材であって、前記亜鉛含有めっき層の付着量が1〜150g/m2 とされ、前記亜鉛含有めっき層の上に前記第1防食層が形成された、請求項1に記載した異材接合体。
- 自動車部材用の素材として用いられる、請求項1又は2に記載した異材接合体。
