Claims (1)
- 第1の部材と第2の部材との対向面の間に突き合わせ部を設けると共に、前記突き合わせ部に隣接する二段の隙間を設け、前記二段の隙間の反対側に位置する前記突き合わせ部の継ぎ目から前記二段の隙間へ向けて溶け込んだ溶接ビードを前記突き合わせ部に溶接により形成してなる溶接による継手構造であって、
前記対向面の間では、前記突き合わせ部以外の部分が互いに離間しており、
前記溶接ビードの幅をA、前記二段の隙間のうち前記突き合わせ部に隣接する一段目の隙間の幅をB、前記二段の隙間のうち前記一段目の隙間に隣接する二段目の隙間の幅をCとしたとき、B<A/2<Cの関係を有する前記継手構造の、超音波センサを使用した溶接品質検査方法であって、
前記超音波センサによる検査範囲の一端を、前記突き合わせ部と前記一段目の隙間との境界に整合させ、
前記一段目の隙間の長さが、前記超音波センサによる検査範囲の幅以上となる関係を満たすことを特徴とする溶接品質検査方法。
