Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態における、給湯システムとして用いられる二元冷凍サイクル装置100の冷凍サイクル構成図である。
給湯システムとして用いられる二元冷凍サイクル装置100は、同一の筐体105に搭載される高温側冷凍回路101と、低温側冷凍回路102と、温水配管103と、制御部(制御手段)104と、から構成される。
本実施形態では、以下の[表1]で示す「R134a」冷媒を、高温側冷凍回路101の高温側冷媒として選択した。そして、「R410A」冷媒を、低温側冷凍回路102の低温側冷媒として選択した。
他にも、試験により高温側圧縮機1と低温側圧縮機10の始動時間差を決定し、それを用いて始動制御してもよい。
したがって、所定の時間における低温側冷凍回路102での高圧側圧力の上昇の割合が所定値以上になったときに、高温側圧縮機1の運転を開始する。
Claims (4)
- 高温側圧縮機、高温側四方切換え弁、高温側凝縮器、高温側膨張装置及びカスケード熱交換器の1次側流路を配管接続して冷媒を循環させる高温側冷凍回路と、
低温側圧縮機、低温側四方切換え弁、前記カスケード熱交換器の2次側流路、低温側膨張装置及び空気熱交換器を配管接続して冷媒を循環させる低温側冷凍回路と、
前記高温側四方切換え弁から前記高温側凝縮器に至る高圧配管と、前記カスケード熱交換器の1次側流路から前記高温側四方切換え弁に至る低圧配管とを連通するバイパス回路と、
前記バイパス回路に設けた開閉装置と、
冷凍サイクル運転の始動時に、前記高温側圧縮機の設定運転周波数を前記低温側圧縮機の設定運転周波数よりも高くする制御手段と、
を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記高温側四方切換え弁および前記低温側四方切換え弁を切換えて冷媒の流れを逆にする除霜運転の終了時、前記開放装置を開放して前記高温側四方切換え弁および前記低温側四方切換え弁を元の状態に戻してから前記低温側圧縮機を始動し、この低温側圧縮機の始動後に前記開閉装置を閉成して前記高温側圧縮機を始動する
ことを特徴とする二元冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御手段は、冷凍サイクル運転の始動時に、前記高温側圧縮機の運転周波数および前記低温側圧縮機の運転周波数が設定運転周波数に到達した後、所定時間にわたりその運転周波数を一定に保つ
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二元冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御手段は、冷凍サイクル運転の始動時に、前記低温側圧縮機を先に始動し、前記低温側圧縮機の始動から所定時間が経過したとき、前記低温側冷凍回路の高圧側圧力が所定圧力以上となったとき、もしくは、前記高温側冷凍回路の圧力が所定圧力以上となったときに、前記高温側圧縮機を始動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の二元冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記高温側冷凍回路と前記低温側冷凍回路からなる二元冷凍サイクルを複数備え、
前記制御手段は、各二元冷凍サイクルを所定時間毎に遅らせて、順次始動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の二元冷凍サイクル装置。
