Claims (4)
- エンジンと、電動機を備える動力伝達装置との間に設けられる車両のダンパ装置であって、
所定の小ヒステリシストルクを発生させる小ヒス機構と、該小ヒステリシストルクよりも大きい大ヒステリシストルクを発生させる大ヒス機構とを備え、
前記エンジン側からトルクが伝達される正側の捩れ角領域では、常に前記小ヒステリシストルクを発生させ、
前記駆動ユニット側からトルクが伝達される負側の捩れ角領域では、前記大ヒステリシストルクを発生させる
ことを特徴とする車両のダンパ装置。 - 前記負側の捩れ角領域において、捩れ角が所定角度よりも小さいときは、該捩れ角が該所定角度よりも大きい場合と比べて小さいヒステリシストルクを発生させることを特徴とする請求項1の車両のダンパ装置。
- 前記ダンパ装置は、回転軸心まわりの回転可能な一対のディスクプレートと、該一対のディスクプレートと同じ回転軸心まわりの回転可能なハブと、該ディスクプレートと該ハブとの間に介挿されてこれらを動力伝達可能に連結する弾性部材とを、含んで構成されており、
前記大ヒス機構は、
前記ハブの外周端部に設けられる摩擦要素が、捩れ角の変化に応じて前記ディスクプレートと摺動する機構であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両のダンパ装置。 - 前記大ヒス機構において、
前記ディスクプレートの前記摩擦要素と摺動する部位は、該ディスクプレートに切欠が形成されることで、該摩擦要素側に向かってテーパ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3の車両のダンパ装置。
