Description
図3は、本発明の第1の実施形態による喉頭鏡の一部を示し、ブレード保持部材(3)の外側の輪郭は、標準的なブレード(4a)および困難なブレード(4b)のスリーブ(5a、5b)の内側の形状に実質上対応し、したがってこれらのブレードは、同じ喉頭鏡とともに区別なく使用することができる。固定のカメラ部材(9)は、ブレード保持部材(3)の遠位端部に位置する。
図7は、本発明の第2の実施形態による喉頭鏡の一部を示す。図3の喉頭鏡との主な違いは、カメラ(9)の位置にある。カメラ(9)は、線H−Hとハンドル(2)の長手方向軸によって画定される平面内で、カメラによって捕獲された視野の中心が線H−Hからたとえば15°〜25°の角度α2で位置するように構成される。角度α2は、α1より大きい(たとえば、17°)。
図11は、本発明の第3の実施形態による喉頭鏡の一部を示す。カメラ(9)は、線H−Hとハンドル(2)の長手方向軸によって画定される平面内で、カメラによって捕獲された視野の中心が線H−Hからたとえば25°〜40°の角度α3で位置するように構成される。角度α3は、α1およびα2より大きい(たとえば、32°)。
図15の喉頭鏡は、図11に示すものに類似している。違いは、カメラ(9)が、線H−Hとハンドル(2)の長手方向軸によって画定される平面内で、カメラによって捕獲された視野の中心が線H−Hからたとえば27.5°という角度α4で位置するように構成されることである。
ブレード保持部材(3)の遠位端部は、少なくとも第1および第2のカメラ(9)を備えることができる。第1のカメラは、標準的なブレードを使用したときに喉頭口の明瞭な歪みのない視界が得られるように位置決めすることができ、第2のカメラは、困難なブレードを使用したときに喉頭口の明瞭な歪みのない視界が得られるように位置決めすることができる。そのような視認手段を備える喉頭鏡により、臨床医は、少なくとも標準的なブレードおよび困難なブレードに対して1つの喉頭鏡を使用し、それによって費用を制限することができる。さらに、このタイプの喉頭鏡は、多重カメラシステムを使用して視野がすでに調整されているため、プリズムまたは視野を調整するいかなる他の手段も必要としないブレードとともに使用することができる。
本発明者らは、多重カメラシステムを、ブレード保持部材(3)の遠位端部に備えられた単一の可動式または「傾斜可能な」カメラ(9)と交換することによって、第5の実施形態の喉頭鏡をさらに発展させた。たとえば、カメラは、摩擦の低い筐体内に入れることができ、この筐体は、視野が患者の喉頭口上で集束されるようにカメラを傾斜させる機械的または電子的手段を備えることができる。このタイプの喉頭鏡は、いかなるプリズムまたは視野を調整するいかなる他の手段も必要としないブレードとともに使用することができる。
Claims (12)
- ハンドルと、ブレード保持部材と、取外し可能なブレードと、患者の喉頭口を視認する手段とを備える喉頭鏡であって、視野を調整する手段をさらに備え、この視野を調整する手段が、前記ブレードの一部を形成していることを特徴とする喉頭鏡。
- 前記喉頭鏡が、少なくとも2つの異なるタイプの取外し可能なブレードとともに使用できるように構成される、請求項1に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記ブレードが、スリーブ部分および遠位延長部を備える、請求項1に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記取外し可能なブレードが、前記遠位延長部の先端部の方へ気管内チューブを案内する手段をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記視認手段が、前記ブレード保持部材の遠位端部に位置する少なくとも1つの固定のカメラを備える、前記請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記視野を調整する前記手段が光屈折手段を備える、請求項5に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記光屈折手段がプリズムまたはウェッジプリズムを備える、請求項6に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記視認手段が、少なくとも2つの異なる視野へ向けた少なくとも2つの固定のカメラ部材を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 一方のカメラから他方のカメラへ切り換える手段をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記視認手段が、可動式のカメラ部材を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記カメラの動きを制御する機械的または電子的手段をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の喉頭鏡。
- 前記ブレードの前記スリーブの遠位端部が、使用時に前記カメラが前記患者の前記喉頭口を視覚化するように位置決めされるように配された窓を備える、請求項10に記載の喉頭鏡。
