Description
技術的な課題
本発明の課題は、特に頑丈もしくは堅牢な点で傑出している複合部材を製造することである。複合部材は有利には確実かつ持続的に気密であることが望ましい。複合部材は、熱可塑性プラスチック製の部材と別の部材とを、特に包埋射出成形によって結合するのに特に適していることが、望まれている。本発明の別の課題は、相応に最適化された複合部材を製造する方法を提供することである。
この課題を解決するために本発明による複合部材では、冒頭に述べた形式の複合部材において、表面構造が、ナノ構造によって重畳されたマイクロ構造を有しているようにした。
図1には、図3に示された複合部材2の構成部分である第1の部材1が示されている。
Claims (14)
- 複合部材であって、第1の接触面(3)を備えた第1の部材(1)と、該第1の接触面(3)に接触している第2の接触面(5)を備えた少なくとも1つの第2の部材(4)とを有しており、第1の接触面(3)が、電磁放射線を用いて形成された表面構造(6)を有している形式のものにおいて、
表面構造(6)が、ナノ構造(10)によって重畳されたマイクロ構造(7)を有しており、
表面構造(6)が、100fs〜100psの間のパルス継続時間をもつレーザを用いて、プロセスガス雰囲気を含むプロセス媒体下で、形成されており、
プロセスガスによって第1の部材における酸化物層の形成が阻止されることを特徴とする複合部材。 - マイクロ構造(7)が、1μm〜999μmの間のサイズ範囲の直径をもつマイクロ構造エレメント(8)を有し、かつナノ構造(10)が、1nm〜999nmの間のサイズ範囲の直径をもつナノ構造エレメント(9)を有している、請求項1記載の複合部材。
- 表面構造(6)が、10nm〜11μmの間の範囲の放射線波長で、かつ100fs〜10μsの間の範囲の放射線パルス継続時間で、形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の複合部材。
- 第1の接触面(3)が金属、セラミック、熱可塑性プラスチック又は熱硬化性プラスチックを含むプラスチック、及び半導体材料の少なくともいずれかから形成されており、かつ第2の接触面(5)が、熱可塑性プラスチック又は熱硬化性プラスチックを含むプラスチックから形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 複合部材(2)が、少なくとも両接触面(3,5)の間に接着促進剤を有していない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 第2の接触面(5)が、熱可塑性プラスチックを含むプラスチックから形成されており、第1の部材(1)が、少なくとも部分的に、射出成形によって第2の部材(4)によって取り囲まれている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 第1の部材(1)と第2の部材(4)とが等しい熱膨張係数を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 第1の接触面(3)が全面的に表面構造(6)を備えている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 複合部材(2)が、燃料噴射弁の構成部材、打抜きグリッドの構成部材、屈曲導体の構成部材、射出成形により包埋されたセラミック部材の構成部材、又は射出成形されたプラスチックにより包埋されたブシュの構成部材である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の複合部材(2)を製造する方法であって、第1の接触面(3)を備えた第1の部材(1)と少なくとも1つの第2の部材(4)とを有しており、第1の接触面(3)が、電磁放射線を用いて形成された表面構造(6)を有している、複合部材(2)を製造する方法において、
表面構造(6)がナノ構造(10)によって重畳されたマイクロ構造(7)を有するように、表面構造(6)を形成し、
前記表面構造(6)を、100fs〜100psの間のパルス継続時間をもつレーザを用いて、プロセスガス雰囲気を含むプロセス媒体下で、形成し、
プロセスガスによって第1の部材における酸化物層の形成を阻止することを特徴とする、複合部材を製造する方法。 - 第1の部材(1)を表面構造化の後で第2の部材(4)と形状結合式に結合し、第2の部材(4)を、少なくとも部分的に、熱可塑性材料を含むプラスチック材料から形成する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 第1の部材(1)と第2の部材(4)との結合が、第1の部材(1)を第2の部材(4)の射出成形によって少なくとも部分的に取り囲むことにより行われる、請求項11記載の方法。
- 構造化された第1の部材(1)を、第2の部材(4)の接合まで、不活性ガス雰囲気下に置く、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 構造化された第1の部材(1)を、第2の部材(4)の接合中にも不活性ガス雰囲気下に置く、請求項13記載の方法。
