- 互いに対向する一対の主面と、前記一対の主面間を連結するように延びる側面と、を有する圧電体と、
前記圧電体の前記側面を覆うとともに、前記圧電体の主面と同一平面に存在する主面を有する樹脂と、
前記圧電体の主面および前記樹脂の主面を一体的に覆う電極と、
を備える圧電素子であって、
前記樹脂の主面が、Ra0.02〜0.3μmの粗面化された面である、圧電素子。 - 前記圧電体の主面の表面粗さが、前記樹脂の主面の表面粗さと同一である、請求項1に記載の圧電素子。
