Claims (8)
- 第1側(18)及び第2側(20)を有する基部壁(14)、前記第1側近傍の第1キャビティ(22)、及び前記第2側近傍の第2キャビティ(24)を有するソケット(12)と、
前記基部壁に保持され、前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティへ延びる嵌合指部(82,84)を有するコンタクト(70,72)と、
前記第1キャビティ内に取外し可能に配置される照明印刷回路基板(30)と、
前記第2キャビティ内に配置され、前記コンタクトの対応する前記嵌合指部に電気接続されるドライバ印刷回路基板(50)と
を具備し、
前記照明印刷回路基板は、前記コンタクトの対応する前記嵌合指部に電気接続されると電力供給されるよう構成された少なくとも1個の照明部品(32)を有し、
前記照明印刷回路基板は、最初に非嵌合位置で前記第1キャビティ内に装填され、次に前記第1キャビティ内で嵌合位置に移動し、
前記ドライバ印刷回路基板は、前記コンタクトに電気接続されると前記照明印刷回路基板に電源を供給するよう構成された電力回路(54)を有し、
前記照明印刷回路基板及び前記ドライバ印刷回路基板は、該照明印刷回路基板及び該ドライバ印刷回路基板が前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティから繰り返し可能に取り外すよう構成されるように、分離可能な嵌合インタフェースで前記対応する嵌合指部と嵌合することを特徴とする半導体照明組立体。 - 前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティは筒状をなし、
前記照明印刷回路基板及び前記ドライバ印刷回路基板は、前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティ内にそれぞれ嵌まるよう円形をなし、
前記照明印刷回路基板及び前記ドライバ印刷回路基板の位置は、該照明印刷回路基板及び該ドライバ印刷回路基板を前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティ内で回転することにより、該第1キャビティ及び該第2キャビティ内で移動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の半導体照明組立体。 - 前記照明印刷回路基板は、嵌合方向に前記嵌合位置へ捩られると共に非嵌合方向に前記非嵌合位置へ捩られ、
前記ドライバ印刷回路基板は、嵌合方向に前記嵌合位置へ捩られると共に非嵌合方向に前記非嵌合位置へ捩られることを特徴とする請求項1記載の半導体照明組立体。 - 前記照明印刷回路基板は、該照明印刷回路基板の外面にコンタクトパッドを有すると共に、前記照明印刷回路基板を貫通して前記コンタクトパッドと整合するスロット(122,124)を有し、
前記照明印刷回路基板は、前記嵌合指部が前記コンタクトパッドと整合して対応する前記スロットを通って装填されるように、前記第1キャビティ内に装填され、
前記照明印刷回路基板の位置は、対応する前記嵌合指部が前記対応するコンタクトパッドと係合するまで前記第1キャビティ内で移動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の半導体照明組立体。 - 前記第1キャビティへ延びる前記嵌合指部は、前記基部壁の前記第1側と平行なフック端部を有し、
前記照明印刷回路基板は、前記基部壁の前記第1側に当接した状態で前記照明印刷回路基板を保持するために、前記フック端部及び前記基部壁間に捕捉されることを特徴とする請求項1項記載の半導体照明組立体。 - 前記ソケットは、ヒートシンクを形成する熱伝導性ポリマから製造され、
前記ソケットは、前記基部壁を取り囲むと共に前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティを区画する外壁(16)を有し、
前記コンタクトは、前記基部壁の中央部から前記外壁に熱を分散させるよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の半導体照明組立体。 - 前記コンタクトは、前記ソケットの前記基部壁内に埋設された平坦なコンタクト基部(74,94)を有し、
前記嵌合指部は、前記コンタクト基部に直交して前記第1キャビティ及び前記第2キャビティへ延びることを特徴とする請求項1記載の半導体照明組立体。 - 前記ドライバ印刷回路基板は、最初に非嵌合位置で前記第2キャビティへ装填され、次に嵌合位置で前記第2キャビティ内を移動し、
前記ドライバ印刷回路基板及び前記照明印刷回路基板は、前記非嵌合位置にあるときに前記対応する嵌合指部と係合しないコンタクトパッドを有し、
前記コンタクトパッドは、前記嵌合位置にあるときに前記対応する嵌合指部と係合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の半導体照明組立体。
