前記混練部材は一面が混練物搬送面となった板状のパドルとして構成され、
前記パドルの上端面に連続する混練物搬送面の上端面部分に切り欠き凹部を形成して、該上端面と切り欠き凹部に一層の硬化肉盛り処理が施され、
前記硬化肉盛り処理は、肉盛り面が切り欠き凹部の底面を超えて搬送面にまで延び、該肉盛り面と搬送面との間に段差が形成されるように、行われるとともに、パドルの前記搬送面と逆の面には硬化肉盛り処理を施さないようにしたことを特徴とする。

- 外周面に混練部材が設けられた回転軸を回転させ、混練部材により粉体を混練しながら混練物を搬送する混練装置であって、
前記混練部材は一面が混練物搬送面となった板状のパドルとして構成され、
前記パドルの上端面に連続する混練物搬送面の上端面部分に切り欠き凹部を形成して、該上端面と切り欠き凹部に一層の硬化肉盛り処理が施され、
前記硬化肉盛り処理は、肉盛り面が切り欠き凹部の底面を超えて搬送面にまで延び、該肉盛り面と搬送面との間に段差が形成されるように、行われるとともに、パドルの前記搬送面と逆の面には硬化肉盛り処理を施さないようにしたことを特徴とする混練装置。
