Description
(A)複数の二次電池、
(B)複数の二次電池を格納する筐体、及び、
(C)筐体内に格納された検査回路、
を備えた電池パックであって、
筐体は、本体部、及び、本体部へ複数の二次電池を出し入れするための開口部を閉鎖するための閉鎖部材から成り、閉鎖部材を本体部に固定するための、導電材料から作製された複数の固定用部材を備えており、
閉鎖部材及び本体部に対する固定用部材の取付け状態が検査回路によって監視されており、更に、閉鎖部材及び本体部に対する固定用部材の取付け順序が検査回路によって記憶されている。

2.実施例1(本発明の電池パック及び本発明の二次電池の取外し監視方法)、その他
本発明の電池パックにあっては、閉鎖部材及び本体部からの固定用部材の取外し順序が、検査回路によって記憶された取付け順序に基づく取外し順序と異なる場合、電池パックの機能を停止させる形態とすることができる。
(1)固定用部材の取付け順序を任意(ランダム)とし、係る固定用部材の取付け順序を検査回路が監視し、記憶する方法
(2)固定用部材の取付け順序を任意(ランダム)とし、係る固定用部材の取付け順序を外部から検査回路に記憶させる方法
(3)固定用部材の取付け順序を予め決められた順序とし、係る固定用部材の取付け順序を検査回路が監視し、記憶する方法
(4)固定用部材の取付け順序を予め決められた順序とし、係る固定用部材の取付け順序を外部から検査回路に記憶させる方法
(5)固定用部材の取付け順序を予め決められた順序とし、係る固定用部材の取付け順序を予め検査回路に記憶させておく方法
のいずれかを採用すればよい。また、閉鎖部材及び本体部からの固定用部材の取付け順序に基づく取外し順序は、取付け順序の逆の順序とすることもできるし、取付け順序から所定の演算規則に基づき得られた取外し順序とすることもできる。
(A)複数の二次電池20、
(B)複数の二次電池20を格納する筐体(ケース、ハウジング)30、及び、
(C)筐体30内に格納された検査回路(検査手段、検査装置)70、
を備えている。
Claims (10)
- (A)複数の二次電池、
(B)複数の二次電池を格納する筐体、及び、
(C)筐体内に格納された検査回路、
を備えた電池パックであって、
筐体は、本体部、及び、本体部へ複数の二次電池を出し入れするための開口部を閉鎖するための閉鎖部材から成り、閉鎖部材を本体部に固定するための、導電材料から作製された複数の固定用部材を備えており、
閉鎖部材及び本体部に対する固定用部材の取付け状態が検査回路によって監視されており、更に、閉鎖部材及び本体部に対する固定用部材の取付け順序が検査回路によって記憶されており、
閉鎖部材及び本体部からの固定用部材の取外し順序が、検査回路によって記憶された取付け順序に基づく取外し順序と異なる場合、電池パックの機能を停止させる電池パック。 - 固定用部材はネジから成る請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 固定用部材を取り付ける本体部の部分には、導電材料から成り、第1の配線を介して検査回路に接続され、固定用部材と係合するブッシュが取り付けられており、
閉鎖部材に取り付けられた固定用部材は、第2の配線を介して検査回路に接続されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 電池パックには識別標識が付与されており、
識別標識と取付け順序とは所定の関係を有する請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 取付け順序は暗号化されている請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- (A)複数の二次電池、
(B)複数の二次電池を格納する筐体、及び、
(C)筐体内に格納された検査回路、
を備え、
筐体は、本体部、及び、本体部へ複数の二次電池を出し入れするための開口部を閉鎖するための閉鎖部材から成り、閉鎖部材を本体部に固定するための、導電材料から作製された複数の固定用部材を備えており、
閉鎖部材及び本体部に対する固定用部材の取付け状態が検査回路によって監視されており、更に、閉鎖部材及び本体部に対する固定用部材の取付け順序が検査回路によって記憶されている電池パックにおける二次電池の取外し監視方法であって、
閉鎖部材及び本体部からの固定用部材の取外し順序が取付け順序に基づく取外し順序と異なる場合、電池パックの機能を停止させる電池パックにおける二次電池の取外し監視方法。 - 固定用部材はネジから成る請求項6に記載の電池パックにおける二次電池の取外し監視方法。
- 固定用部材を取り付ける本体部の部分には、導電材料から成り、第1の配線を介して検査回路に接続され、固定用部材と係合するブッシュが取り付けられており、
閉鎖部材に取り付けられた固定用部材は、第2の配線を介して検査回路に接続されている請求項6又は請求項7に記載の電池パックにおける二次電池の取外し監視方法。 - 電池パックには識別標識が付与されており、
