Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリパック100に関するものであって、ベアセルと、前記ベアセルと電気的に接続されて充放電を制御する保護回路基板と、前記ベアセルと前記保護回路基板との間に接続され、前記ベアセルの一面に配設される2次保護素子130と、前記ベアセルの一面に前記2次保護素子よりも広幅に設けられる絶縁部材140と、を含むバッテリパックを提供することにより、2次保護素子の絶縁性能と絶縁部材の組立性を向上させることができる。

Claims (15)
- ベアセルと、
前記ベアセルと電気的に接続されて充放電を制御する保護回路基板と、
前記ベアセルと前記保護回路基板との間に接続され、前記ベアセルの一面に配設される2次保護素子と、
前記ベアセルの一面に前記2次保護素子よりも広幅に設けられる絶縁部材と、を含むバッテリパック。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記ベアセルの一面の幅よりも狭幅に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記絶縁部材は、幅が前記ベアセルの一面の幅に対し51%以上で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記ベアセルの一面の幅と同等の幅を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記ベアセルの一面の幅よりも広く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記絶縁部材は、幅が前記ベアセルの一面の幅に対し109%以下で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記絶縁部材はテープ形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記2次保護素子は、PTC素子、温度ヒューズ(thermal fuse)又はこれらと等価の性質を発揮する部品中から選択されるいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは、上部に前記保護回路基板を収容するカバーケースをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記カバーケースは、側面に前記ベアセルの一面に設けられた前記絶縁部材と干渉しないように干渉防止孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは、一面に前記絶縁部材の設置位置が選定される絶縁部材設置部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記絶縁部材設置部は、前記ベアセルの一面の幅よりも狭い凹部の形態であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記絶縁部材設置部は、前記ベアセルの一面の幅と同等の幅を有するように形成された凹状段差の形態であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは一面に開放部が形成され、前記開放部はキャッププレートによって密封されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは側面がラベルによって覆われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
