Claims (18)
- 第1電極板と、
第2電極板と、
前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間に介されてこれらを絶縁させ、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さと下部に突出した部分の長さが互いに異なるセパレータと、
を備えることを特徴とする巻取型電極組立体。 - 前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さが下部に突出した部分の長さより長くなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻取型電極組立体。
- 前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さが前記下部に突出した部分の長さより0.3mm乃至1.0mm長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻取型電極組立体。
- 前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さが1.0mm乃至2.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻取型電極組立体。
- 前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の下部に突出した部分の長さが1.0mm乃至2.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻取型電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極板及び第2電極板に付着されて所定長さ突出する第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブを更に備え、
前記第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブが突出する境界部には前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間のショートを防止するための絶縁テープを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻取型電極組立体。 - 第1電極板と、
第2電極板と、
前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間に介されてこれらを絶縁させ、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さが下部に突出した部分の長さより長くて、前記上部に突出した部分の長さは全幅(W)の2%乃至4%であるセパレータと、
を備えることを特徴とする巻取型電極組立体。 - 前記セパレータは、前記上部に突出した部分の長さが下部に突出した部分の長さより1.3倍乃至2倍長いことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の巻取型電極組立体。
- 前記セパレータは、前記下部に突出した部分の長さが全幅(W)の2%乃至3%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の巻取型電極組立体。
- 前記第1電極板及び第2電極板に付着されて所定長さ突出する第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブを更に備え、
前記第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブが突出する境界部には前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間のショートを防止するための絶縁テープを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の巻取型電極組立体。 - 第1電極板と、第2電極板と、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間に介されてこれらを絶縁させ、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さと下部に突出した部分の長さが互いに異なるセパレータと、を備える巻取型電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を受容するための二次電池用外装材と、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さが前記下部に突出した部分の長さより長いことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板の上部に突出した部分の長さが前記下部に突出した部分の長さより0.3mm乃至1.0mm長いことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、上部に突出した部分の長さが下部に突出した部分の長さの1.3倍乃至2倍であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、前記上部に突出した部分の長さが全幅(W)の2%乃至3%であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータは、下部に突出した部分の長さが全高さの2%乃至3%であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極板及び第2電極板に付着されて所定長さ突出する第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブを更に備え、
前記第1電極タブ及び第2電極タブが突出する境界部には前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間のショートを防止するための絶縁テープを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池用外装材は、円筒形ケース、角形ケース及びポーチ外装材の中から選択されるいずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
