Claims (3)
- 雄型又は雌型の一方の電気接触部と、該電気接触部に続く厚板状の他方の電線接続部とを備える端子における該電線接続部の一端から他端にかけて繊維導体を貫通させる孔部が設けられ、該孔部よりも大径な収容部が該孔部の中間部に形成され、該孔部の一端側の開口が最も広く形成され、該開口から該収容部にかけての孔部分がテーパ状に漸次小径に形成され、該繊維導体に結び目が形成され、該孔部に該繊維導体が貫通した状態で該結び目が該開口から該テーパ状の孔部分に沿って該収容部に引き入れられ、該収容部に該結び目が係止され且つ電気的に接触したことを特徴とする繊維導体電線の接続構造。
- 端子に孔部を貫通して設け、該孔部の中間部に該孔部よりも大径な収容部を形成し、該孔部の一端側の開口を最も広く形成し、該開口から該収容部にかけての孔部分をテーパ状に漸次小径に形成し、該孔部に繊維導体を貫通する前にあるいは貫通した後に、該繊維導体を緩く結んで結び目を形成し、該孔部に該繊維導体を貫通した状態で、該結び目を該孔部の該開口側に配置し、該繊維導体を該孔部の他端側から引っ張って、該結び目を該開口から該テーパ状の孔部分に沿って該収容部に係合させつつ、該収容部に電気的に接触させることを特徴とする繊維導体電線の接続方法。
- 前記収容部内の前記結び目の上から前記端子を押圧して、該結び目を前記収容部に密着させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の繊維導体電線の接続方法。
