Claims (23)
- 機械的分離器であって、
フロートと、

第1の端部と、第2の端部と、それらの間の変形可能なベローズとを備えるベローズ構造であって、前記フロートは、前記ベローズ構造の前記第1の端部の一部分に取り付けられ、前記バラスト組立体は、前記ベローズ構造の前記第2の端部の一部分に取り付けられ、前記取り付けられたフロートおよび前記ベローズ構造は、それらの間に、前記フロートを前記ベローズ構造に対して固定関係で維持するための解放可能な干渉係合をさらに備える、ベローズ構造と

前記解放可能な干渉係合は、内側に広がり、前記フロートの少なくとも一部分に係合する前記ベローズ構造の内側係合部分を備えることを特徴とする機械的分離器。 - 前記フロートは、第1の密度を有し、前記バラストは、前記フロートの前記第1の密度を上回る第2の密度を有する請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記解放可能な干渉係合は、遠心分離の閾値を超えた際に解放されるように適合する請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記解放可能な干渉係合は、前記フロートが少なくとも250gの遠心力を超えた際に解放されるように構成される請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記ベローズ構造は、内部を画定し、前記フロートは、前記ベローズ構造の前記内部の一部分内に解放可能に保持される請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記ベローズ構造は、内部フランジを備え、前記フロートの少なくとも一部分が、前記第1の端部の前記内部の中に前記内部フランジによって保持される請求項5に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記フロートは、ネック部分を備え、前記フロートは、前記第1の端部の前記内部の一部分内に、前記内部フランジおよび前記ネック部分の機械的干渉によって解放可能に保持される請求項6に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記第1の端部は、穿刺先端部がそこを通して装着された際、変形に耐えるように構成される穿刺形状を有する突き刺し可能なヘッド部分を備える請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記フロートは、開口部を画定し、前記突き刺し可能なヘッド部分の前記穿刺形状の一部分に実質的に対応する周囲を備えるヘッド部分を備える請求項8に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記フロートは、空気を前記フロートの内部の中から前記機械的分離器の外部の領域に排出することを許容する貫通する開口部を画定するヘッド部分を備える請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記ベローズは、空気を前記フロートの内部の中から前記機械的分離器の外部の領域に排出することを許容する排気スリットを備える請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記ベローズは、前記ベローズの内部と前記フロートの外部によって画定されたチャンバから前記機械的分離器の外部の領域に空気を排出する排気スリットを備える請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記バラスト組立体は、複数のバラストセクションを備える請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記バラスト組立体は、第1のバラストセクションと、前記ベローズ構造の一部分によって前記第1のバラストセクションに接合された第2のバラストセクションとを備える請求項13に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記第1のバラストセクションおよび前記第2のバラストセクションは、前記機械的分離器の長手方向軸の周りに対向するように向けられる請求項14に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記フロートは、ポリプロピレンを含み、前記バラスト組立体は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含み、前記ベローズ構造は、熱可塑性エラストマーを含む請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記フロートの内部の中に移動可能に配設された可動式プラグをさらに備える請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。
- 前記解放可能な干渉係合は、遠心分離の際に解放されるように適合される請求項1に記載の機械的分離器。

- 機械的分離器を組み立てる方法であって、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有する副組立体を提供する工程であって、突き刺し可能なヘッド部分を画定するベローズ構造の周りに少なくとも部分的に配設されたバラストを備える工程と、
前記ベローズ構造と前記閉鎖体の間の機械的結合をもたらすために前記副組立体の第1の端部を閉鎖体のくぼみ内に挿入する工程と、
前記ベローズと前記閉鎖体の間の前記機械的結合をも偏向させるためにフロートを前記副組立体の前記第2の端部内に挿入する工程と
を含み、
前記フロートは、前記ベローズ構造の部分に取り付けられ、取り付けられた前記フロートと前記ベローズ構造は、さらに、前記ベローズ構造に対して固定した関係において前記フロートを保持するためにそれらの間に解放可能な干渉係合をさらに備え、
前記解放可能な干渉係合は、内部に広がり、前記フロートの少なくとも一部分に係合する前記ベローズ構造の内部係合部分
