Description
前記マイカテープは、集成マイカと補強材とを含み、かつ、
前記集成マイカと前記補強材との間に、アクリロイル系成分とシアネートエステル系成分とを含有する接着性樹脂層を備え、
さらに、前記補強材および/または前記集成マイカに熱硬化性樹脂組成物を含浸し、硬化させてなる、回転機コイルである。
また、本発明は、集成マイカと補強材とを含むマイカテープをコイル導体に巻回する巻回工程と、
前記マイカテープの前記補強材および/または前記集成マイカに熱硬化性樹脂組成物を含浸させ、加熱により熱硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化させる含浸硬化工程とを含む、回転機コイルの製造方法であって、
前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物は、一分子中に少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を含有し、平均分子量が1000以下のエポキシ樹脂と、フェノキシ樹脂と、一分子中に少なくとも2個以上のマレイミド基を含有するポリマレイミド化合物と、酸無水物とからなり、
前記マイカテープには、あらかじめ、前記集成マイカと前記補強材との間に、一分子中に2から6のアクリロイル基を有する化合物からなるアクリロイル系成分と、一分子中に2から6のシアネートエステル基を有する化合物からなるシアネートエステル系成分とを含有する接着性樹脂層が形成されていることを特徴とする、回転機コイルの製造方法にも関する。
未焼成軟質集成マイカと補強材(ガラス繊維)とからなるマイカテープの表面に、シアネートエステル成分であるBADCY(ハンツマン社製)とアクロイル成分であるA−TMM−3(新中村化学工業株式会社製)とからなる接着性樹脂組成物(BADCYとA−TMM−3の重量比は75:25)を塗布した。該接着性樹脂組成物が塗布されたマイカテープを、導体に3回巻回し、表1に示す各組成からなる熱硬化性樹脂組成物に、5時間浸漬した。なお、表1中の数値はマイカの重量を100重量部としたときの各成分の重量部を示す。
Claims (9)
- コイル導体と、該コイル導体の外周に多数回巻回されたマイカテープとを備える回転機コイルであって、
前記マイカテープは、
集成マイカと補強材とを含み、かつ、
前記集成マイカと前記補強材との間に、アクリロイル系成分とシアネートエステル系成分とを含有する接着性樹脂層を備え、
さらに、前記補強材および/または前記集成マイカに熱硬化性樹脂組成物を含浸し、硬化させてなり、
前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物は、エポキシ樹脂、フェノキシ樹脂およびポリマレイミド化合物を含有し、エポキシ樹脂とポリマレイミド化合物との合計重量を100重量部としたときに、フェノキシ樹脂の量が0.1〜5重量部である、回転機コイル。 - 前記集成マイカの量を100重量部としたときの前記接着性樹脂層の量が4〜40重量部である、請求項1に記載の回転機コイル。
- 前記アクリロイル系成分は、一分子中に2から6のアクリロイル基を有する化合物からなる、請求項1に記載の回転機コイル。
- 前記シアネートエステル系成分は、一分子中に2から6のシアネートエステル基を有する化合物からなる、請求項1に記載の回転機コイル。
- 前記接着性樹脂層中に含まれる、前記アクリロイル系成分と前記シアネートエステル系成分の重量比が25:75から70:30である、請求項1に記載の回転機コイル。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物は、一分子中に少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を有する平均分子量が1000以下のエポキシ樹脂と、フェノキシ樹脂と、一分子中に少なくとも2個以上のマレイミド基を有するポリマレイミド化合物と、酸無水物とからなる、請求項1に記載の回転機コイル。
- 車両用である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の回転機コイル。
- 集成マイカと補強材とを含むマイカテープをコイル導体に巻回する巻回工程と、
前記マイカテープの前記補強材および/または前記集成マイカに熱硬化性樹脂組成物を含浸させ、加熱により熱硬化性樹脂組成物を硬化させる含浸硬化工程とを含む、回転機コイルの製造方法であって、
前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物は、一分子中に少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を含有し、平均分子量が1000以下のエポキシ樹脂と、フェノキシ樹脂と、一分子中に少なくとも2個以上のマレイミド基を含有するポリマレイミド化合物と、酸無水物とからなり、
前記マイカテープには、あらかじめ、前記集成マイカと前記補強材との間に、一分子中に2から6のアクリロイル基を有する化合物からなるアクリロイル系成分と、一分子中に2から6のシアネートエステル基を有する化合物からなるシアネートエステル系成分とを含有する接着性樹脂層が形成されていることを特徴とする、回転機コイルの製造方法。 - 前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の合計重量が、前記マイカテープの総重量に対して、3〜40重量%である、請求項8に記載の回転機コイルの製造方法。
