Description
[実施例1の効果]
本発明実施例の加締め結合装置40は、外周に加締め加工部17を備えた円筒状部材11の軸状嵌合部に、ディテント・プレート13の穴部19を嵌合させ、前記加締め加工部17を、パンチ23の加締め面29a,29b,29c,29dにより所定の加締め代で前記穴部19の縁部に加締めて前記円筒状部材11及びディテント・プレート13を加締め結合する加締め結合装置40であって、前記パンチ23に、前記加締め代を軸方向に深浅異ならせた第1,第2の加締め面35,37を周方向に連続的に形成し、前記第1,第2の加締め面の双方側に渡るように加締め加工部17の外周面に対向する規制面39a,39b,39c,39dを設け、前記加締め加工部17の加締めによる径方向への肉移動を前記規制面39a,39b,39c,39dにより規制し前記第1,第2の加締め面35,37の加締め代の浅い第2の加締め面37側への肉移動を促す。
[その他]
ディテント・プレート13に加締められるのは、円筒状部材11に代えてシフトレバーの操作に連動するマニュアル・シャフトとすることもできる。

Claims (3)
- 外周に加締め加工部を備えた第1の部材の軸状嵌合部に、第2の部材の穴部を嵌合させ、
前記加締め加工部を、パンチの加締め面により所定の加締め代で前記穴部の縁部に加締めて前記第1の部材及び第2の部材を加締め結合する加締め結合装置であって、
前記パンチに、前記加締め代を軸方向にそれぞれ深浅異ならせた第1,第2の加締め面を周方向に連続的に形成し、
前記第1,第2の加締め面の双方側に渡るように加締め加工部の外周面に対向して第1,第2の加締め面の双方側で径方向への肉の移動を規制するための規制面を設け、
前記加締め加工部の加締めによる径方向への肉の移動を前記規制面により規制し、前記第1の加締め面による加締めにより前記規制面によって径方向へ移動規制された肉を前記第2の加締め面側へ前記規制面によって径方向へ移動規制しつつ移動を促し、
前記第2の加締め面は、前記移動した肉を受け入れる加締め代を有し前記加締めを行なう、
ことを特徴とする加締め結合装置。 - 外周に加締め加工部を備えたシャフトを、可動盤の穴部に嵌合させ、
前記加締め加工部を所定の加締め代で前記穴部の縁部に加締めて前記可動盤に対する加締め部を形成し前記シャフト及び可動盤を加締め結合したスイッチであって、
前記加締め部を、軸方向の厚みが相対的に薄い薄肉部と同厚い厚肉部とを前記シャフトの周方向に連設した形状とし、
前記薄肉部は、前記加締め加工部の加締めにより径方向へ移動規制された肉を前記厚肉部に移動させて形成され、
前記厚肉部は、前記加締め加工部の加締めにより径方向へ移動規制されつつ前記薄肉部から移動してきた肉の一部を受け入れて形成され、
前記薄肉部の径方向の長さは、前記厚肉部の径方向の長さと同一に抑えられた、
ことを特徴とするスイッチ。 - 請求項2記載のスイッチであって、
前記シャフトは、自動変速機のマニュアル・シャフトであり、
前記可動盤は、自動変速機のディテント・プレートである、
ことを特徴とするトランスミッション用スイッチ。
