Description
本実施形態では、ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車に搭載される電源装置に本発明の電池監視装置2を適用している。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1実施形態に対して、監視IC21における制御部22に対する高圧バッテリ1の状態を示す検出信号の出力処理を変更した例について説明する。なお、本実施形態では、第1実施形態と同様または均等な部分についての説明を省略、または簡略化して説明する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、各請求項に記載した範囲を逸脱しない限り、種々変更可能である。例えば、以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (6)
- 車両の走行用駆動源(5)に給電するバッテリ(1)の状態を監視する電池監視装置であって、
前記バッテリの状態を検出して前記バッテリの状態を示す検出信号を出力する状態検出部(21)と、
前記検出信号に基づいて前記バッテリの異常の有無を監視すると共に、前記バッテリについての監視結果に応じて前記バッテリと前記走行用駆動源との間の接続状態を制御可能な主制御部(221)と、
前記主制御部の異常の有無を監視すると共に、前記バッテリと前記走行用駆動源との間の接続状態を制御可能な副制御部(222)と、を備え、
前記副制御部は、前記主制御部についての監視結果が異常を示す場合、前記検出信号に基づいて前記バッテリの異常の有無を監視すると共に、前記バッテリについての監視結果に応じて前記バッテリと前記走行用駆動源との間の接続状態を制御し、
前記主制御部は、前記状態検出部に対して制御信号を出力するように構成されており、
前記状態検出部は、前記主制御部からの前記制御信号に基づいて、前記主制御部の異常の有無を判定するように構成され、前記主制御部からの前記制御信号に、前記主制御部の異常を示す異常信号が含まれる場合に、前記主制御部が異常であると判定するようになっており、
さらに、前記状態検出部は、前記検出信号を前記主制御部および前記副制御部の双方に出力可能に構成され、前記主制御部が異常であると判定した場合、前記主制御部が異常でないと判定した場合よりも、前記副制御部に対して出力する前記検出信号を制限することを特徴とする電池監視装置。 - 車両の走行用駆動源(5)に給電するバッテリ(1)の状態を監視する電池監視装置であって、
前記バッテリの状態を検出して前記バッテリの状態を示す検出信号を出力する状態検出部(21)と、
前記検出信号に基づいて前記バッテリの異常の有無を監視すると共に、前記バッテリについての監視結果に応じて前記バッテリと前記走行用駆動源との間の接続状態を制御可能な主制御部(221)と、
前記主制御部の異常の有無を監視すると共に、前記バッテリと前記走行用駆動源との間の接続状態を制御可能な副制御部(222)と、を備え、
前記副制御部は、前記主制御部についての監視結果が異常を示す場合、前記検出信号に基づいて前記バッテリの異常の有無を監視すると共に、前記バッテリについての監視結果に応じて前記バッテリと前記走行用駆動源との間の接続状態を制御し、
前記主制御部は、前記状態検出部に対して周期的に制御信号を出力するように構成されており、
前記状態検出部は、前記主制御部からの前記制御信号に基づいて、前記主制御部の異常の有無を判定するように構成され、前記主制御部からの前記制御信号が予め定めた期間入力されない場合に、前記主制御部が異常であると判定するようになっており、
さらに、前記状態検出部は、前記検出信号を前記主制御部および前記副制御部の双方に出力可能に構成され、前記主制御部が異常であると判定した場合、前記主制御部が異常でないと判定した場合よりも、前記副制御部に対して出力する前記検出信号を制限することを特徴とする電池監視装置。 - 前記状態検出部は、前記主制御部が異常であると判定した場合、前記バッテリの電圧状態、および温度状態の少なくとも一方の状態を示す前記検出信号を前記副制御部に対して出力することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記副制御部は、
その内部の異常を診断する自己診断機能を有しており、
前記自己診断機能の診断結果が異常を示す場合、前記主制御部についての監視結果が異常を示す場合であっても、前記バッテリと前記走行用駆動源との間の接続状態の制御を実行しないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の電池監視装置。 - 前記主制御部は、リセット信号が入力された際に作動を停止するように構成されており、
前記副制御部は、
前記主制御部に対して前記リセット信号を出力可能に構成され、
前記主制御部についての監視結果が異常を示す場合、前記リセット信号を前記主制御部に出力することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の電池監視装置。 - 前記副制御部は、前記主制御部についての監視結果が異常を示す場合、前記車両全体のシステムを制御する上位制御部(100)に対して、前記主制御部についての監視結果を示す信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の電池監視装置。
