Abstract
【解決手段】電池状態検出部材701に電気的に接続される電池情報入力端子11と、電池情報入力端子を介して電池状態検出信号が入力される電池状態監視部20と、電池状態検出信号に応じた電池状態の監視情報を外部の演算処理装置に出力する出力端子12と、これらが実装された回路基板30と、少なくとも電池状態監視部の全体と回路基板の全体とを内包し、かつ、それぞれの端子接続部11a,12aを外方に露出させるように、これらに対して一体成形した収容部材40と、を備え、収容部材は、直流高圧電源側の第1相手方コネクタが嵌合される第1コネクタ嵌合部41と、演算処理装置側の第2相手方コネクタが嵌合される第2コネクタ嵌合部42と、を有し、第1コネクタ嵌合部には、電池情報入力端子の端子接続部を外方に露出させた状態で配置し、第2コネクタ嵌合部には、出力端子の端子接続部を外方に露出させた状態で配置すること。

Claims (7)
- 二次電池側の第1相手方コネクタの相手方電池情報出力端子に物理的且つ電気的に接続される端子接続部を有し、前記二次電池の電池状態を検出するための電池状態検出部材に前記相手方電池情報出力端子を介して電気的に接続される電池情報入力端子と、
前記電池情報入力端子を介して前記電池状態に関わる電池状態検出信号が入力される電池状態監視部と、
外部の演算処理装置側の第2相手方コネクタの相手方入力端子に物理的且つ電気的に接続される端子接続部を有し、前記電池状態監視部の前記電池状態検出信号に応じた前記電池状態の監視情報を前記演算処理装置に出力する出力端子と、
前記電池情報入力端子、前記電池状態監視部及び前記出力端子が実装された回路基板と、
少なくとも前記電池状態監視部の全体と前記回路基板の全体とを内包し、かつ、前記電池情報入力端子と前記出力端子のそれぞれの前記端子接続部を外方に露出させるように、前記電池情報入力端子、前記電池状態監視部、前記出力端子及び前記回路基板に対して一体成形した絶縁性の収容部材と、
を備え、
前記収容部材は、前記第1相手方コネクタが嵌合される第1コネクタ嵌合部と、前記第2相手方コネクタが嵌合される第2コネクタ嵌合部と、を有し、
前記第1コネクタ嵌合部には、前記電池情報入力端子の前記端子接続部を外方に露出させた状態で配置し、
前記第2コネクタ嵌合部には、前記出力端子の前記端子接続部を外方に露出させた状態で配置することを特徴とした電池監視装置。 - 前記回路基板は、それぞれに回路部が実装され、互いの基板面同士の間に間隔を空けて層状に配置した複数枚の回路基板体を備えることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電池監視装置。
- 動作指令に基づいて、前記電池状態監視部の制御、及び、前記二次電池を成す複数の電池セルの間のセルバランス制御を行い、前記監視情報を前記演算処理装置に送信する制御部と、
前記第2相手方コネクタの相手方出力端子と物理的且つ電気的に接続される端子接続部を有し、前記演算処理装置から前記動作指令に関わる動作指令信号が入力される入力端子と、
を備え、
前記第2コネクタ嵌合部には、前記入力端子の前記端子接続部を外方に露出させた状態で配置することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電池監視装置。 - 前記回路基板は、それぞれに回路部が実装され、互いの基板面同士の間に間隔を空けて層状に配置した複数枚の回路基板体を備え、
基板面同士が向かい合う2枚の前記回路基板体の内の一方は、前記電池情報入力端子を介して高電圧の前記二次電池側に電気的に接続された高圧系回路を実装する高圧回路基板体であり、
基板面同士が向かい合う2枚の前記回路基板体の内の他方は、前記二次電池よりも低電圧の外部電源側に電気的に接続された低圧系回路を実装する低圧回路基板体であり、
前記高圧系回路は、前記電池状態監視部を有し、
前記低圧系回路は、前記制御部を有することを特徴とした請求項3に記載の電池監視装置。 - それぞれの前記回路基板体は、互いに向かい合う隣り合うもの同士の基板面に、前記回路部を成す複数種類の電子部品の内、実装後の基板面からの高さが基準高さよりも高いものを実装することを特徴とした請求項2又は4に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記回路基板は、電気的な接続の対象となる前記回路部同士を電気的に接続させると共に、この電気的な接続の対象となる前記回路部を有する前記回路基板体同士を連結させる連結体を備えることを特徴とした請求項2,4又は5に記載の電池監視装置。
- 前記連結体は、折曲げ可能な柔軟性を有し、かつ、隣り合う前記回路基板体同士を連結させるものであり、その折曲げと共に、隣り合う前記回路基板体を層状に配置することを特徴とした請求項6に記載の電池監視装置。
