Claims (6)
- 複数の電池セルが配列方向に並べられた電池モジュールに設置される部品であり、可撓性を有する複数の導電体及び絶縁体による平らな積層体が設けられた導電部品を備え、
前記導電部品は、前記電池セルの電池状態を監視する電池監視ユニットに対して前記電池セルを電気接続させる第1導電体と、外部の電気接続箱に収容されている電気機器に前記電池監視ユニットを電気接続させる第2導電体と、を前記導電体として備えると共に、前記電池監視ユニットの相手方コネクタに嵌合接続させ、前記第1導電体及び前記第2導電体を前記電池監視ユニットに電気接続させる第1コネクタと、前記電気接続箱側に配置されている相手方コネクタに嵌合接続させ、前記第2導電体を前記電気機器に電気接続させる第2コネクタと、を備えることを特徴とした導電モジュール。 - 複数の電池セルが配列方向に並べられた電池モジュール毎に設置される部品であり、可撓性を有する複数の導電体及び絶縁体による平らな積層体が設けられた導電部品を備え、
前記導電部品は、前記電池セルの電池状態を監視する電池監視ユニットに対して前記電池セルを電気接続させる第1導電体を前記導電体として備えると共に、前記電池監視ユニットの相手方コネクタに嵌合接続させ、前記第1導電体を前記電池監視ユニットに電気接続させる第1コネクタを備え、
複数の前記導電部品の内の1つは、更に、外部の電気接続箱に収容されている電気機器に前記電池監視ユニットを電気接続させる第2導電体を前記導電体として備えると共に、前記電気接続箱側に配置されている相手方コネクに嵌合接続させ、前記第2導電体を前記電気機器に電気接続させる第2コネクタを備え、かつ、自らが備える前記第1コネクタを介して前記第2導電体を前記電池監視ユニットに電気接続させることを特徴とした導電モジュール。 - 前記配列方向に隣り合う前記電池セルの電極端子同士を電気接続させる接続部品であり、前記配列方向に並べられた複数の前記電極端子の内の隣り合う2つの組み合わせ毎に設けられた導体部材を備え、
前記第1導電体は、前記導体部材毎に設けることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の導電モジュール。 - 前記積層体は、フレキシブルプリント回路基板であることを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の導電モジュール。
- 導電モジュールと、
電気機器が収容されている電気接続箱と、
前記導電モジュールと前記電気機器との間で、これらを電気接続させる電気接続具と、
を備え、
前記導電モジュールは、複数の電池セルが配列方向に並べられた電池モジュールに設置される部品であり、可撓性を有する複数の導電体及び絶縁体による平らな積層体が設けられた導電部品を備え、
前記導電部品は、前記電池セルの電池状態を監視する電池監視ユニットに対して前記電池セルを電気接続させる第1導電体と、前記電気接続具を介して前記電気機器に前記電池監視ユニットを電気接続させる第2導電体と、を前記導電体として備えると共に、前記電池監視ユニットの相手方コネクタに嵌合接続させ、前記第1導電体及び前記第2導電体を前記電池監視ユニットに電気接続させる第1コネクタと、前記電気接続具の相手方コネクタに嵌合接続させ、前記第2導電体を前記電気機器に電気接続させる第2コネクタと、を備えることを特徴とした導電システム。 - 導電モジュールと、

複数の前記導電部品の内の1つは、更に、前記電気接続具を介して前記電気機器に前記電池監視ユニットを電気接続させる第2導電体を前記導電体として備えると共に、前記電気接続具の相手方コネクタに嵌合接続させ、前記第2導電体を前記電気機器に電気接続させる第2コネクタを備え、かつ、自らが備える前記第1コネクタを介して前記第2導電体を前記電池監視ユニットに電気接続させることを特徴とした導電システム。
