本发明公开了一种电动汽车高压安全保护系统,通过电池管理系统对高压环路互锁回路状态及高压系统绝缘电阻进行检测,异常情况下使系统进入高压断电流程并对环路互锁信号状态进行诊断;通过安全气囊管理器检测碰撞状态信号并发给整车控制器及电池管理系统,当发生碰撞时整车控制器及电池管理系统进入高压断电控制流程并最终使整车高压断开。本发明大大提高了电动汽车的高压安全。
