Claims (13)
- 開放位置(PO)と閉鎖位置(PS)との間で電動操作により回動可能な自動車用開閉要素(6)、特に回動可能な開閉窓の駆動装置(1)であって、電動駆動される平歯車伝動装置(10)を備え、その平歯車伝動装置(10)が、開閉レバー(4)を回動可能に連結する連結レバー(18)を有する従動歯車(14)と、その従動歯車(14)と噛み合う平歯車(13)と、その平歯車(13)に対して同軸の中間歯車(11)とを含み、
従動歯車(14)が、第1の歯部分(14a)とそれに続く第2の歯部分(14b)とを備えた外歯を有し、第2の歯部分(14b)の軸方向歯幅(b4)が第1の歯部分(14a)の軸方向歯幅(b3)よりも小さく、
連結レバー(18)に連結された開閉レバー(4)が平歯車伝動装置(10)の回転軸線(12,15)に対して直角方向に広がる対称面(16)内に配置されている駆動装置(1)。 - 平歯車(13)および中間歯車(11)が従動歯車(14)の回転軸線(15)に対して平行な1つの共通な回転軸線(12)上で互いに結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 従動歯車(14)が歯のない周囲部分(25)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 平歯車(13)の軸方向歯幅(b5)が第1の歯部分(15a)の軸方向歯幅(b3)に等しいかそれよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 平歯車(13)が、中間歯車(11)とは反対の方を向いている側面において従動歯車(14)と一直線に並んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 従動歯車(14)の回転軸線(15)に対する連結レバー(18)と開閉レバー(4)との間の連結部(20,21,22)の半径距離(rA)が従動歯車の歯先円半径(rK)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 連結レバー(18)が、従動歯車(14)の回転軸線(15)の部分でこの従動歯車(14)に一体形成された第1のアーム(18a)と、開閉レバー(4)のための収容スリット(24)を形成すべく第1のアーム(18a)に対して隔てられた第2のアーム(18b)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 開閉レバー(4)を連結レバー(18)に回動可能に連結すべく、連結レバー(18)の軸受孔(21)に固定されている取付けボルト(20)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 連結レバー(18)と開閉レバー(4)との間の連結部(20,21,22)が、半円形の円軌道上において開放位置(PO)に設けられた第1のストッパ(32)と閉鎖位置(PS)に設けられた第2のストッパ(33)との間で案内されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の駆動装置(1)。
- ストッパが、機械的な緩衝部材(32,33)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 従動歯車(14)の第2の歯部分(14b)が、ストッパ(32,33)間で開閉レバー(4)によって覆われ得る範囲内において、歯部分(14a)に対して後ろに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 第2の歯部分(14b)の縁側平面が、アーム(18b)の収容スリット(24)の壁を形成する平面内にあることを特徴とする請求項11記載の駆動装置(1)。
- 開閉要素(6)が閉鎖位置(PS)にある場合に、相対的に幅の広い第1の歯部分(14a)が付設の平歯車(13)と噛み合っていることを特徴とする請求項1から12の1つに記載の駆動装置(1)。
