Description
Claims (9)
- 金属溶融浴(3)のためのガイドロール回転支承部であって、金属溶融物内で軸端部(6)により転がり軸受装置(71,72)内に回転可能に支承される軸(4)を備え、前記軸端部(6)が、両軸方向で移動可能に前記転がり軸受装置(71,72)内に支承されており、該転がり軸受装置(71,72)が、旋回アーム(51,52)に配置されており、該旋回アーム(51,52)に固定された外輪(11)と、転動体としての円筒ころ(19)と、内輪(15)とを備え、前記円筒ころ(19)が、前記内輪(15)に設けられたフランジ部材(17,18)により両軸方向で固定されている形式のものにおいて、前記軸端部(6)が、前記軸端部(6)の材料より耐磨耗性の材料からなる保護カバー(9)を備え、かつ前記外輪(11)が、前記内輪(15)に設けられたフランジ部材(17,18)とともに前記円筒ころ(19)を両軸方向で固定するフランジ部材(13,14)を備え、前記内輪(15)の、前記保護カバー(9)に面した表面(16)が、縦断面図で見て凸面状に形成されていることを特徴とする、金属溶融浴のためのガイドロール回転支承部。
- 前記内輪(15)、前記円筒ころ(19)及び/又は前記外輪(11)が、セラミック材料からなる、請求項1記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
- 前記保護カバー(9)が、コバルトクロム基硬質合金である、請求項1又は2記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
- 前記保護カバー(9)がコーティングである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
- 前記保護カバー(9)が、相対回動不能に配置されるブシュである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
- 前記ブシュ(9)がクランプ部材(8)により前記軸端部(6)に保持されている、請求項5記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
- 軸方向で前記軸端部(6)に対向して、セラミック材料からなる当接ディスク(20)が設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
- 一フランジ部材(14)が、ルーズなフランジエレメントとして形成されており、リテーナリング(12)として前記外輪(11)に設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
- 両軸方向での前記軸端部の移動可能性を保証する間隔が、前記内輪(15)と前記保護カバー(9)との間に設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のガイドロール回転支承部。
