Claims (6)
- 既設管路(10)内に挿入して、既設管路(10)を更生するための可撓性を有する管路更生管(1)であって、軟質樹脂製の管本体(2)の外周面に硬質樹脂製の補強芯材(3)を螺旋状に巻回してなり、前記管本体(2)における管軸方向に隣接する補強芯材(3)(3)間に位置する管壁部(4)を、管路更生管(1)の屈曲時において管径外方向に突出するように折曲可能とし、折曲状態の管壁部(4)の管径外方向の最大突出寸法(L3)を、前記補強芯材(3)の管径外方向の突出寸法(L2)よりも小さくすることで、前記折曲状態の管壁部(4)の前記補強芯材(3)よりも管径外方向への張り出しを規制したことを特徴とする管路更生管。
- 既設管路(10)内に挿入して、既設管路(10)を更生するための可撓性を有する管路更生管(1)であって、軟質樹脂製の管本体(2)の外周面に硬質樹脂製の補強芯材(3)を螺旋状に巻回してなり、前記管本体(2)における管軸方向に隣接する補強芯材(3)(3)間に位置する管壁部(4)を、管路更生管(1)の屈曲時において管径外方向に突出するように折曲可能とし、折曲状態の管壁部(4)は、管径外方向に立ち上がった一対の立ち上がり片(4a)(4a)を有していて、これら立ち上がり片(4a)(4a)の内面同士が当接し、且つ、これら立ち上がり片(4a)(4a)の外面が前記補強芯材(3)(3)にそれぞれ当接した状態における管径外方向の突出寸法(L3)を、前記補強芯材(3)の管径外方向の突出寸法(L2)よりも小さくすることで、前記折曲状態の管壁部(4)の前記補強芯材(3)よりも管径外方向への張り出しを規制したことを特徴とする管路更生管。
- 前記管本体(2)の管壁部(4)における管軸方向の幅寸法(L1)を、前記補強芯材(3)の管径外方向の突出寸法(L2)の2倍以下とした請求項1又は2記載の管路更生管。
- 前記管本体(2)の管壁部(4)を、予め管径外方向に膨出した状態に形成した請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の管路更生管。
- 前記補強芯材(3)の管軸方向に沿った断面の形状を、管径外方向へ向けて先細りした略三角形状として、その管径外方向に張り出した頂部(3a)が丸みを帯びるようにした請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の管路更生管。
- 前記管本体(2)を、低密度ポリエチレン樹脂製とするとともに、前記補強芯材(3)を、高密度ポリエチレン樹脂製とした請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の管路更生管。
