Claims (5)
- 地中に埋設された状態でマンホール等の接続躯体間に接続され、下水や雨水等をその接続躯体に案内する排水管の補修方法において、
管軸方向の伸びを規制する補強材が埋設されている軟質樹脂管の外壁に、硬質樹脂からなる突条部が螺旋状またはリング状に形成され、管軸方向に収縮し得るように構成されている波付き樹脂管を、収縮状態で一方の上記接続躯体の上方に配置してその上部開口から上記接続躯体内に搬入する際、または収縮状態で上記接続躯体内に搬入し上記接続躯体に接続されている排水管開口部から挿入する際に、上記波付き樹脂管の先端部から順次伸張させ、上記排水管に挿入された上記波付き樹脂管を他方の上記接続躯体側から引っ張ることにより、上記排水管全長にわたって上記波付き樹脂管を配置することを特徴とする排水管補修方法。 - 上記軟質樹脂管として下巻軟質樹脂層と上巻軟質樹脂層とを有し、これらの樹脂層間に上記補強材として網状補強材が介設されている請求項1記載の排水管補修方法。
- 上記突条部の間の上記軟質樹脂管および上記補強材にたるみを持たせて成形する請求項1または2記載の排水管補修方法。
- 上記排水管全長にわたって上記波付き樹脂管を配置した後、上記排水管内壁と上記波付き樹脂管外壁との間に充填材を充填し、その充填材の硬化によって上記排水管と上記波付き樹脂管とを一体化させる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排水管補修方法。
- 上記突条部の外周側をその裾部側よりも幅広に形成し、上記充填材をその裾部側にまわり込ませた状態で硬化させる請求項4記載の排水管補修方法。
