Description

‐少なくとも1つの他の摩耗層を有し、かかる他の摩耗層は各々、第1の摩耗層が完全に摩滅した後、路面に接触し、他の摩耗層は、全体として周方向に延びる少なくとも1本のチャネルを有し、少なくとも1本のチャネルは、他の摩耗層に先行する摩耗層が完全に摩滅した後、他の摩耗層に達するやいなや踏み面上に開口する。
‐第1の箇所は、この第1の箇所が回転軸線からの第2の箇所の距離よりも長い回転軸線からの距離のところに位置している場合、第2の箇所の半径方向外側に位置していると言える。
‐タイヤの子午線断面は、タイヤの回転軸線を含む平面内で取られたタイヤの断面である。
‐周方向は、この場合、回転軸線上に中心をもつ円のあらゆる箇所における接線方向を意味している。
‐半径方向は、この場合、回転軸線に垂直な方向を意味している。

Claims (9)
- 路面に接触する踏み面(10)を備えたタイヤトレッドバンド(1)であって、前記トレッドバンドが前記トレッドの厚み中に重ね合わされた少なくとも2つの摩耗層(C1,C2,C3)を有し、前記トレッドバンド(1)が第1の摩耗層(C1)及び少なくとも1つの他の摩耗層(C2,C3)を有し、前記第1の摩耗層(C1)が複数個の隆起要素(21,22)で形成され、各隆起要素が接触面を有し、前記第1の層が、少なくとも、全体として周方向の向きの溝(20,20′)を有し、前記トレッドが新品であるときに前記第1の摩耗層が路面と接触関係をなすようになっており、前記第1の摩耗層(C1)が完全に摩滅した後、他の摩耗層(C2,C3)が各々、路面に接触し、前記他の摩耗層が全体として周方向に延びる少なくとも1本のチャネル(30)を有し、前記他の摩耗層に先行する前記摩耗層が完全に摩滅した後、前記他の摩耗層に達するやいなや前記少なくとも1本のチャネル(30)が前記踏み面上に開口する、トレッドバンドにおいて、前記第1の摩耗層(C1)とは別個の各摩耗層(C2,C3)は、周方向に分布して配置された複数個の横方向切込み(31)を有し、各横方向切込みは、前記他の摩耗層の摩耗レベルとは無関係に少なくとも1つの他の周方向に差し向けられたチャネル又は溝中に完全に又は部分的に開口するよう前記他の摩耗層のチャネル(30)から周方向ではない方向に延びる、トレッドバンド。
- 前記第1の摩耗層(C1)は、複数個の穴(40)を有し、各穴は、トレッドが新品状態であるときに前記踏み面(10)上に開口し、前記第1の摩耗層(C1)に続く内側の摩耗層(C2)のチャネル(30)内に開口し、各穴(40)は、前記穴が開口している前記チャネル(30)の横方向寸法の少なくとも30%に等しい主要な断面寸法を有する、請求項1記載のトレッドバンド。
- 各穴(40)は、チャネル(30)中に開口した少なくとも1つの横方向切込み(31)の開始箇所のところで当該チャネル(30)中に開口する、請求項2記載のトレッドバンド。
- 2つの連続して位置する穴相互間の間隔(P)は、接地面の平均長さの1/5以下である、請求項2又は3記載のトレッドバンド。
- 前記第1の摩耗層(C1)は、前記トレッドが新品状態にあるときに前記踏み面(10)上に開口し、次の摩耗層(C2)のチャネル(30)中に開口するよう前記次の摩耗層(C2)まで延びている1つの長手方向に差し向けられた切込み(50)を備え、前記長手方向に差し向けられた切込み(50)は、前記穴(40)を互いに結合している、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のトレッドバンド。
- 前記摩耗層の前記横方向切込みは、少なくとも1つの方向が遮断されている切込みである、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のトレッドバンド。
- 前記第1の摩耗層以外の摩耗層中の前記横方向切込みの延長部として、少なくとも1つの他の摩耗層を貫通する追加の切込みが設けられている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載のトレッドバンド。
- 前記トレッドの内側における前記横方向切込みのうちの少なくとも幾つかの延長部として、両端が開口した全体として横方向の向きのチャネルを形成する広幅部分が設けられている、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載のトレッドバンド。
- 各摩耗層の最大排水容積は、前記第1の摩耗層の最大排水容積、即ち、新品状態における前記トレッドバンドの排水容積の少なくとも60%に等しい、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載のトレッドバンド。
