- コイルアッセンブリにおいて、
フェライト層と、
前記フェライト層に重ねた第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層と、
前記フェライト層及び前記第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層の周囲を取り囲む第1のハウジングと、
前記第1のハウジングの開口部内に配置された、前記フェライト層とは異なる放熱構造であって、前記第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層と直接的に接触し、前記第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層と熱的に連通する、放熱構造と、
前記第1のハウジングの周囲に巻き付けられたワイヤ導線と、
を含む、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記第1のハウジングは誘電体で形成されている、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、更に、
前記第1のハウジングの外側に前記第1のハウジングと重なるように配置され、前記放熱構造と熱的に連通する第2の熱伝導性シリコーン層を含む、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項3に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、更に、
前記第2の熱伝導性シリコーン層に重ねた金属層を含む、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記放熱構造は、銅材料及び銅合金材料のうちの少なくとも一方で棒状に形成されている、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項4に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、さらに、
前記第1ハウジングを封入するように取り囲む第2ハウジングを含み、
前記第2の熱伝導性シリコーン層は、前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングの内面との間に配置される、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項6に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記第2ハウジングは、カバーと、前記第1ハウジングを受け入れる形体のキャビティを含むキャビティ部分とを含み、
前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングの前記キャビティ部分の内面との間に空隙が配置されている、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項7に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記カバーは、アルミニウム材料及びアルミニウム合金材料のうちの少なくとも一方で形成されている、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記コイルアッセンブリは、エネルギ貯蔵デバイスを充電するように形成された充電システムと関連している、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項9に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記エネルギ貯蔵デバイス及び前記コイルアッセンブリは車両内に搭載されている、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記第1のハウジングは、前記フェライト層と前記放熱構造との間に介在する、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のコイルアッセンブリにおいて、
前記放熱構造は、前記ワイヤ導線に取り囲まれていない、コイルアッセンブリ。 - 電気を無線伝送するよう構成された電気コイルアッセンブリであって、
フェライト層と、
前記フェライト層に重ねた第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層と、
前記フェライト層及び前記第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層を取り囲み、誘電体で形成されているハウジングであって、前記フェライト層から離された開口部が形成されている、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの開口部内に配置された金属構造であって、前記第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層と直接的に接触し、前記第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層と熱的に連通する、金属構造と、
前記ハウジングの外側に前記ハウジングと重なるように配置され、前記金属構造と熱的に連通する第2の熱伝導性シリコーン層と、
前記第2の熱伝導性シリコーン層に重ねた金属層であって、前記第1の熱伝導性シリコーン層、前記金属構造、前記第2の熱伝導性シリコーン層、及び前記金属層は協働して前記フェライト層から熱を伝達する、金属層と、
前記ハウジングの周囲に巻き付けられたワイヤ導線と、
を含む、電気コイルアッセンブリ。
